You can cook a meal or prepare a drink while you enjoy looking at your guests in the pool and enjoy the beautiful views.

Brand new furniture in the bedrooms, living room and appliances.

Three private bedrooms and three baths. Golf community. Close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Gardens on El Paseo and Indio Polo Ground ( "Coachella Fest", "Stagecoach" and now Desert Trip).

This is a very comfortable home, featuring a heated pool and covered patio area.

Fully furnished. The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining areas, with a sit-at island inviting conversation and togetherness! The master features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, built in bath tub, walk-in closet and slider to the private patio with access to the pool.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a slider door leads to the atrium and there is a bathroom adjacent to it.

The third bedroom has two twin size beds, it's own bathroom and a walk-in closet. The slider door leads to the atrium as well.

There is private garage available to this unit

We stayed a month at this wonderful location. Close to many amenities. The property itself was very well equipped and comfortable. Like a home away from home.

Great location and wonderful host

Very spacious home that is walking distance to the clubhouse. Our host greeted us with a nice gift and personally walked me through the property. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare your meals. When we departed , I left something behind and our host facilitated getting it back to me promptly. Great experience.

Pride of ownership shows

How refreshing to stay at a property that has been upgraded inside and super clean. Property owners were easy to work with and quickly available when we had questions. We did not use the pool but it is located right outside the patio so very convenient. We also appreciated having basics like bags, detergent etc available....not too mention the "welcome" gift. Thanks to the owners!

Waking up to the Mountain View every morning from this beautiful home made our 2 month stay the best

This home has everything: 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a great entertaining area. the location is convenient to the freeway, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Our friends who visited said we hit the jackpot! It was quite cool while we were there but we did use the pool and spa a couple of times and enjoyed both. The home has a beautiful Mountain View and is located on the second hole of the Bermuda Dunes golf course. We have used VRBO for years and this is the first time we have ever rented a home that did not have previous reviews. We had no need to be concerned; this is truly one of the nicest homes we’ve ever rented. The owners were available and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will rent here again when we come to the Palm Springs area.

It was a pleasure to rent our property to Lynne! She was a great guest! Lynne took extra care of it and treated it like her own property going above and beyond with her cleaning and contributions. We would love to rent to Lynne again and highly recommend her to other owners.

Wonderful condo.

Our stay at this condo was entirely positive. This home is spacious, attractively furnished and very clean. We cook in, so the well-appointed kitchen was appreciated. The comfortable living room and dining room provide a beautiful view out over the heated pool and golf course. The owners, Mike and Mirna, were very pleasant and responsive to our needs. The description in the VRBO site is accurate and we can confidently recommend this vacation condo to family and friends and look forward to our own return.

Fantastic

My kids are golf fanatics and the location of this property is right on the golf course, walking distance to the first tee and practice facility, couldn't ask for a better location. Pool right outside the front door and property has been tastefully updated. I hope this condo will be available next time we want to visit!

Great place, amazing views

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is spacious and met all of our needs. Extremely easy access to the pool and hot tub. Wonderful golf course and mountain views. Good location with quick access to restaurants, grocery, etc. We'll consider staying here again.

Pleasant stay at Bermuda Dunes

We had a very nice 2 1/2 month stay in this property. Mike and Mirna have worked hard to make a pleasant place tp spend time. It’s being sited on the Golf Course made for a nice place from which to watch the golfers and to view the mountains. As we made use of the Golf Club, being within walking distance was useful. Mirna is very good at staying in close contact and being available for any question. Thanks to them for a most enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Palm Springs Home

From the moment you walk in this home it feels like you are home. Very spacious, remarkably clean with just an overall comfortable and warm feeling. The owners have done a fantastic job remodeling this property. It gives you the best of both worlds with the classic Palm Springs look on the exterior (pool, mountains, golf course views) together with a modern, fresh look on the interior. Upon arrival there was a welcome gift of an Easter lily, fresh snacks and a nice bottle of wine to celebrate our arrival. Unlike other rentals we have used, the kitchen was well stocked with paper products , soaps and detergents, spices, bottled water, etc. Basically all the items you need for an extended stay that you normally have to run to the store to get. The same went for the refrigerator, again with many useful items. In return, when we checked out we left the unopened food products for the next renter to use. I really liked the the idea of passing along usable items for the next renter. The three bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us the extra space we needed when our family and grand kids arrived for a visit. Having the pool just out your door was perfect. The kids loved it and many hours were spent playing in the pool. Again, there were blow up rafts and pool toys available for the kids which made it even more enjoyable. The great room has a very large flat screen tv with hundreds of stations available to watch. Tv was also available in the master bedroom. The wrap around couch in the great room was perfect for family visiting. The dining room table comfortably had room for 6-8 people. The washer and dryer worked perfectly and you could park your car in a private garage off the street. Communication with the owner was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home. 2019 March April Stay at Bermuda Dunes property of Mirna & Mike

This was a beautiful condo on 2nd fairway of Classic 1 Course. This 3 bedroom condo was a ideal situation for us. The home was laid out perfect the spacious living area & bedrooms. We enjoyed this stay as much as any property we have ever stayed in. In addition to it being a great rental Mirna & Mike were so accommodating & the few minor issues we had were addressed immediately. Our stay was booked for March 2019 but as March closed we inquired if there was any chance to extend for two more weeks & they graciously were able to make this work.We wood stay again at this property in a heartbeat. Thank you Mirna & Mike for making this portion of our winter so outstanding / Mick & Cheri
