BEAUTIFUL POOL HOME IN PARADISE

This is a well laid out and spacious single level home with a large private pool and spa in a privately, beautiful landscaped backyard. The home is nicely furnished, well equipped, and very clean. It is located in the quiet and lovely gated community of Paradiso (Paradise) in the upscale northern Indio area. The home has 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and a large spacious open concept great room. There a 5 beds that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. A variety of golf courses, hiking trails, tennis courts, restaurants, and a large casino are minutes away. Walmart, Ross, Marshall's, Dollar Store, the Winco 24 hour grocery store, Starbucks, and other shops and restaurants are all literally a 3 minute drive away. The home is a 25 minute drive from the Palm Springs International Airport. The Indio polo grounds are a short 6 mile drive away. El Paseo in Palm Desert and Old Town La Quinta are 15 minutes away. The home is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen and cooking materials, as well as, all linens and towels. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The laundry room has a sink and a large washer and dryer. Wi-fi, long distance calls, TV cable and all utilities are included, except for the gas needed to heat the pool and/or spa, which is an extra fee. The backyard has a large gas BBQ and lovely patio furniture. The backyard faces southwest and receives sunlight all day. There are some mountain views, too. Sorry, but pets and smoking are not permitted. This is a great home for families, children, couples, and elderly people. Truly a great home and backyard to vacation and relax.

Passing through to Hawaii

We were on our way to Hawaii, but wanted to break up the travel and also spend time with my uncle in Indio. This house was perfect for my family of 5. Everyone had their own space, but the kitchen and back yard were great places to hang out together. The house had everything we needed. Alfonso checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed!

Paradiso stay

The property is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The pool and its surrounding area are great. A few items needed repair while we were there, but the owner was made aware so he would take care of fixing them. FYI the living room TV is not smart, but personal Netflix, etc. can be accessed by hooking a personal laptop to the set (bring your own cable for that). Alfonso was a solicitous host. We had a great, relaxing time.

Great stay

The house was very clean, and it’s well equipped. The backyard and pool is amazing. The house manual is very detail and it made it easy to find things in the home. The owner Alfonso was very attentive over the phone and made sure all of our questions were answer. Great rental and will definitely stay there again.

Great vacation home

This vacation home was a great place for our week long family getaway. The large open kitchen/living/dining layout gave the adults and kids enough space to spread out but still be all together. But the pool was the highlight of the trip for our entire family. Communication with Alfonso was great, providing enough details to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Looking forward to returning for a future trip. Definitely recommend!

Excellent flow of home

This house has a wonderful flow to it. Pool area was nice and we enjoyed our time hanging by the pool and exploring Palm Springs/Desert.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Alfonso was great-responded whenever needed. Property is exactly as listed. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Perfect for a winter get away.

Great property and pool

The pool is a bit smaller than what we had expected but it was excellent in the hot summer afternoon as it became shaded. The house was very well stocked! It really made our stay effortless. Thank you Alfonso.

Beautiful, peaceful home

The house was exactly as listed! plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Everyone had their own bedrooms in private areas of the house. Beautiful outdoor and pool area with plenty of seating and sun! Alphonso was great to work with and very attentive. I would definitely stay again if in the area!

Girls Trip

We had an amazing weekend in Palm Springs. The house was perfect and allowed for the adults to be in one wing of the house and the kids to be in another. Not only is the inside clean and spacious but the outside is great. The pool is beautiful with lots of seating and lounge chairs. Alfonso was incredible to work with and always available to answer any questions that we had. He made sure we were settled in and that we knew the steps to checking out. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone trying to get away and look forward to coming back and renting the property in the future.

The Perfect Home!

This home does not disappoint! It is well kept, has large rooms and an open concept. The kitchen comes equiped with all the amenities and the pantry full of all the staples. Grocery shopping is a five minute drive away. We were there for the BNP Paribas tennis which was a 15 minute drive. Although Alfonso was not there, he was readily accessible by phone, text or email and responded within minutes when I had an inquiry. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for everything Alfonso! We hope to be back again!

Exceptional Management Services!!

I opted to rent this property based on its excellent reviews--boy, were they right!! I sustained a serious injury shortly before my trip & notified the manager promptly. I kept hoping to get better but didn't. Through it all, Alfonso kept in communication with me and was so ethical and kind. I wasn't able to make it to rent the home and he & I reached an amicable agreement on the rent. In today's world, it's rare to find someone with integrity. This guy has it. Just a super person to work with. I'm impressed and will certainly recommend him to others. The five stars are well deserved.

Perfect family trip at the perfect house !

My family and I had a wonderful time during our first ever Thanksgiving family trip. Alfonso was so accommodating and attentive to our needs, he went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and satisfied in which we were! The house was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for our family getaway. Loved it!

Couple of my friends and I were going to a music festival in the area and stumbled upon Alfonso’s beautiful home. The house was just as beautiful in person as seen in the pictures. He was very descriptive and helpful in helping us get settled in. It’s located in a nice quiet community so it’s great for a little getaway vacation. The house is fully equipped with everything you’ll need in your stay. There’s also a Walmart and a shopping center within a mile or so for your convienence. Words can’t explain with how satisfied we were with our stay. Would definitely recommend 5/5!

The property is well maintained and manicured.

The pictures were so accurate as we walked into this beautiful home. The home is very well decorated without all the clutter and spotless. It is a very wide open concept with a lovely kitchen area which my wife loved for preparing meals and baking my favourite muffins. The house lacks nothing and everything worked. The owner is great to deal with and knows the area well. The house is located in a very quite, clean, gated community. A huge garage for our vehicle was great to have. The amazing pool and hot tub were a short walk out the sliding patio doors.The Southwest exposure was the best as we enjoyed the lounge chairs during the day and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Lots of quality patio furniture and a lovely outdoor dining area. It was a pleasure to barbecue outside every evening. Mr. Alfonso's pool men and landscapers keep the grounds and pool immaculately clean. Lots of golf courses close by as we are big golfers. Txs for a very relaxing stay. We have already booked our dates for next year.

Beautiful and quiet home.

Cannot say enough about this beautiful, quiet, private home. Had everything you could of needed. Huge bedrooms, lovely kitchen and living room. The backyard it perfect. The pool was very accessible for my elderly parents, no stairs! And warm! We loved the hot tub also. Alfonso was so nice to talk to and very accommodating. This home is also close to shopping and casinos.
