Welcome to Modern Oasis, a beautifully landscaped home tucked away in historic Victoria Park. This peaceful, single-level retreat sits right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale and is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Las Olas. With 1,500 sq. ft. of space, the home comfortably sleeps up to four guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, whether you’re working remotely or streaming your favorite shows.

The home offers two stylish bedrooms, both with smart TVs and cozy luxury linens:
Primary bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Second bedroom: Queen bed

NOTE: The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house, giving everyone a little extra privacy.

Before you leave, please complete the following: Dishwasher – Ensure all dishes are clean and the dishwasher is emptied. Refrigerator – Remove all open food items, beverages, and perishables.
Trash & Recycling – Take all trash and recyclables to the outdoor bins. Lower the umbrella and return outdoor furniture to its original positions. BBQ Grill – Make sure the BBQ is completely shut off.
Thermostat – Set the temperature to 76°F. Towels – Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor. Lights – Turn off all indoor and outdoor lights. Doors – Lock all doors, both front and back.

Overall, our stay was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, there was an issue with the linen in one of the bedrooms. I immediately contacted the owner and was promptly provided with new linen. The kitchen well appointed and the backyard was lovely.

This property is heaven on earth! It has everything you want for a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal and within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc., and is in a wonderful neighborhood. We enjoyed it so much, we booked another stay!

Great stay in Fort Lauderdale!

This house was perfect, clean and the hosts were so nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this house to others! It is walking distance to some restaurants and shops but it was also very easy and quick to get affordable uber or Lyft rides too.

This property was exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful property. The backyard is your own private oasis. The owners were absolutely the easiest to work with. They accommodated us when we asked for an early check in and even let us have a late check out. We were close to everything. I would urge anyone to reserve this property. A Tranquil Oasis Amidst Endless Activities

Our stay was outstanding at this serene home nestled in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxation. The backyard space is truly magical, and the pool area is refreshing and ideal for unwindin The kitchen is a cook's dream, equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals. We enjoyed breakfast and one dinner at the house, but the local dining options tempted us to eat out the rest of the time. With ample driveway space, parking was never an issue. The house includes beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, making our short eight-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach convenient. Beach parking was a breeze with the parking app that lets you extend your stay easily. For those interested in lap swimming, the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center is a short eight-minute drive away. It's right by the beach and offers a 50-meter pool for just $6.63, making it perfect for training sessions. The area boasts amazing restaurants. If you're in the mood for seafood, Lobster Bar is a must-visit. For Italian cuisine, Luigie's Tuscan Grill on Las Olas Boulevard offers excellent food in a more casual setting. For shopping enthusiasts, a 30-minute drive to Sawgrass Mall and The Colonnade Outlets in Sunrise, FL, is worthwhile. This shopping mecca features high-end brands like Kate Spade, Gucci, and Ralph Lauren and dining options like Cheesecake Factory and California Pizza Kitchen. Sean and Kristen's home is exactly as advertised, providing exceptional hospitality and a prime location.

Gorgeous Tropical Getaway

This property is beautiful! The backyard is the kind where you don’t want to leave at all! The pool was clean and a great temperature. It was very relaxing sitting outside with all the palm trees. The home itself is lovely. The beds in particular were very comfortable with soft linens. We would come back here without any question!

So impressed with this modern and extremely well designed property Neighbourhood very quiet and well positioned to visit lots of different places We used an Uber to get around so stress free, took us everywhere and really cheap We would definately recommend this lovely villa , immaculate and hosts communication brilliant. Letting us stay later on check out day was so helpful as well 5 stars all the way !

Hidden Gem in superb location

Beautiful home in lovely neighbourhood, 10/15 min walking distance to Las Olas for restaurants/coffee shops/bars. Stunning back yard with heated pool. Modern bathrooms. 5 min drive to several excellent supermarkets (Publix/Whole Foods/Fresh Market) We love walking and can walk to Fort Lauderdale beach in 35 minutes past beautiful waterways. Highly recommend!

My husband and I visited Fort Lauderdale & Miami for our 4 year Anniversary. This home was perfect- clean, well stocked, beautiful decor, great location to beach, pool, BBQ grill, surround sound music, and relaxing quiet neighborhood. The host was AWESOME- communicated very well/prompt. This is where you want to stay if visiting Florida...OMG I can't wait to show off my pictures to my family/friends. Will definitely return :)
