Amazing vacation home for family

The house is beautiful, better than the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything, not just the essentials. The backyard and pool are an oasis of privacy and fun with lush greenery all around and all the amenities to enjoy the sun and outdoors.

Overall it was a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in a great location and was stocked very well. Just like any other place there were some small things along with some maintenance issues that could have been better, but nothing major. Would totally stay there again if we came to the area.

January 2023 Stay

Great weather , great house, great location. The perfect place to escape the cold Northeast. We spent the month of February here in sunny Fort Lauderdale and we couldn’t improve a thing about our stay. The house comes with everything you could want or need. The neighborhood is quiet and ideal for bike riding. My wife says it’s perfect for someone who works from home. We plan on coming back next February. David was a joy to deal with and communication was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The hosts were great and easily accessible when we had questions. The house was equipped with everything we needed from beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, pool floats, blender and much more than we expected! The backyard area was beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time using Florida Stays and as usual, our expectations were exceeded. The house has everything you need and many details you would want but not expect (high quality pans, knives, great towels, super soft sheets, etc.). The home is spotless and well cared for. The pool and hot tub offered the perfect oasis for us to rest and relax. You will be close to everything but able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the residential neighborhood. The hosts are lovely, not obtrusive and available for anything you may need. Their mobile application hosts tons of recommendations that were super helpful.I highly recommend staying at any of their properties and know you will not be disappointed!

Perfect AirBnB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at Serendipity! The back yard is perfect to just relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub and grill food and hang. The kitchen is fully equipped. Every time we needed something we found it! There were a few tiny issues (bathroom light didn’t turn off, some backyard string lights didn’t work), but that was made up for by all the other great features. TVs in every room, big comfortable couch.
