Good stay!

Room was very comfortable and clean. Airco worked nicely which was very important in the strong heat! Agent was very nice and helped us out to leave the car in the parking after checkout.

Happy with our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. It is a quiet location. It is self check-in and the host was great to communicate with. There is a washing machine and dryer to use which we were very happy as we’d been travelling for a while.

Great affordable stay

Great staff, extremely comfortable beds. The apartment was very clean and quiet during our whole stay. There is parking available for additional pay. The apartment is right next to the bus station which takes you to the old town. You are greeted with some coffe pods when you arrive which is great

Excellent location close to swimming areas

Excellent property at around 100 Euros per night.. this is a great deal for Dubrovnik where hotels go for at least double on that price. I stayed here after the main season and felt great to go walking to the beach, couple minutes away lots of swimming areas, warm sea still in late September. Lapad area and neighborhood is an exclusive residential area, very local, a bit outside of the Old town crowds, but just enough close to go there every night and evenings.

Very comfortable. Great facilities and well located.

Excellent directions to us for locating correct entrance to building. Slight hiccup with the key lock box when we arrived but a phone call to the office resulted in someone coming personally to solve then shifting us to a different room.

Major-league holiday!

What a perfect stay! Lovely accommodation which was modern, clean and safe (also very comfy beds). Amazing communication with the hosts and also a very well located home (to Lapad area is walkable, bus to old town super accessible and also near harbour for boat trips). Can 100% recommend, would come again and very worth the price. Warm regards :)

It was a nice place to stay if you are interested in discovering different places in Dubrovnik.

Located close by a bus station. Not far away from the old town (few bus stops). Close by a nice promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable, self checkin and checkout was very convenient. The room was new or recently renovated and looked very pleasant. Coffee machine and toaster are present in the room. Parking available (15 per day, which is relatively a low price compared to the rest of the city).

i loved it! thank you host

everything!! checkin wasn’t until 3pm and i had messaged the host upon finishing my tour which finished at 0900 and the host made it possible for me to early check in, i was in by 1130 and everything was perfect! the response rate is 10/10.
