This charming 1-bedroom unit is on the 2nd floor, with a private balcony.

Beautiful coastal furniture, lovely artwork, central heat & air, multiple windows providing natural light and view of lush landscaping, porcelain tile, and large-screen Flat Panel TVs in every room. Streaming TV, high speed internet, & private parking for one vehicle.

Fully furnished kitchen with up-to-date appliances. Well-stocked with all the tools needed from brewing a cup of coffee to preparing a gourmet meal.

Access to a large, shared, outdoor heated & cooled swimming pool, conveniently located next door.

Trolly pick up and tickets available for purchase at La Fiesta Ocean Inn, next door, to explore historic downtown.

Pet-friendly for one dog up to 35-pounds. Pet fee is $100.00. All pets must be pre-approved. No dangerous breeds and must be up to date on all shots. Pet owners must pick up behind their dog, Larger pups possible for an additional fee.

Complimentary beach chairs and towels available. Washer & Dryer on site.

A nearby boardwalk leads to the dunes and ocean. Connect with the beauty of nature by picking up seashells and watching for wild bunnies, turtles, sea gulls, and other critters that live near (or in) the water.

Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Short drive to St. Augustine Beach Pier, historic downtown, Anastasia State Park, and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Publix and Winn Dixie, less than a mile away.

Great beachside location!

Amazing property, perfect for a couple and our small dog. We could easily walk to the beach, just one street away beach access. The apartment itself was a great size. Everything we needed in the kitchen in terms of pans, utensils to make meals. The bed was super comfy, water pressure in the shower great. There was also an umbrella and chairs for our beach days! We didnā€™t end up using the pool bc the weather was so great for the beach, but it looked great. The only thing was you do need to bring your own shampoo/condition/body wash if you are staying for an extended time. There wasnā€™t enough provided to cover washing after long beach days four days in a row. Overall, great communication, easy check-in, and awesome location with walkable food and coffee at Kookaburra (our favorite) made this a great stay!

Property was perfect for the two of us. It is steps from the beach and in a very nice area. Not very busy, but close to shops and restaurants. Nice laundry facilities and comfortable furniture. Perfect for our little getaway. We usually stay in Daytona beach, but I believe this will be our new spot. Loved it!

Perfect location

We loved this apartment. It is completely stocked with all your needs. Close to beach, miniature golf, restaurants, and short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Will definitely stay here again. Property Manager, Donna, was the best.

Clean, Quiet, Great Location

The unit is upstairs and super clean and very nicely decorated. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Appreciated the washer and dryer and beach chairs. And only a couple minute walk to the beach.Beach chairs.

Clean and cute!

Perfect place for the two of us! Well stocked with all we needed for the week. The living room furniture was truly comfortable as was the bed! Loved that we had lots of towels-even beach towels and beach chairs. Sitting on the deck in the mornings was nice! Short walk to the beach and this section of the beach was nice and not crowded! Downtown St Augustine is a short easy drive and filled with so many historical places, beautiful architecture and lots of restaurants! Itā€™s a beautiful place!

Wonderful getaway

We stayed at Ocean Mist for 3 days and it was a wonderful getaway. The property was very clean. There was plenty of towels and a completely stocked kitchen. We visited the beach which was a very short walk and the pool next door which was refreshing in the extreme heat. Instructions and communication from the property manager/owner were very detailed and helpful. We would definitely come back when planning a trip to St. Augustine.

Great place for a couple.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is perfect; close to the busy part of A1A but not as crowded or noisy. Being able to use the heated pool next door at the La Fiesta was a definite plus. There is a dedicated parking spot and the beach is a short walk away. Communication was excellent. My only negative is the small table to eat on that is easily bumped and I spilled my coffee several times. A sturdier table would be nice. Overall, great time and we will stay here again in the future.

Great location!!

Fantastic location walk to beach, pool and dining. Friendly beach town with a lot to do. The Ampitheater is a very nice venue to see a concert, enjoyed the lighthouse tour, Alligator Zoo and old St. Augustine. Beach house was clean and fresh. Thumbs up!!
