Newly Remolded Ocean front Condo, Building A- Second floor unit, no elevator. New Kitchen and bathrooms with brand new appliances. This condo is renovated from top to bottom with brand new everything. New Flooring and shiplap throughout. kitchen is stocked with instapot, slow cooker, ninja blender, k-cup and regular coffee pots, spices and great pot and pans if you want to stay in. Wake up to sunrises and go to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Sleep Soundly in an upgraded Luxury Mattress in master suite, 2nd bed room with 2 full beds, and sofa is a pull out queen bed. Too much sun we got you covered. Enjoy one of the three large screen Smart TV's in this unit. We also have upgraded WI-FI for streaming movies or working remotely with the Ocean view.

The grounds of this unit are stunning, there are 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and beautiful areas for grilling out. Easy Access to beach with beautiful boar walk. Historic St. Augustine is a 15 minute drive.

A perfect location for a beach trip! Our host was so helpful & the condo was so cute and everything you’d need for a beach stay! Nice, clean, beautiful and great location. Definitely would stay here again!

Home away from home

This was our 2nd stay in this particular condo and it was as amazing as we remembered. We had 2 teens and 2 tweens with us and it was perfect! The hot water was able to accommodate us all showering back to back, the beds were extremely comfortable and the view was breathtaking! The location to this condo was amazing! A short drive to downtown St. Augustine that still gave us the beach vacation we wanted! The beaches were not crowded. So if your used to those panhandle beaches this will blow your mind how much space you have to yourself. The owners are so sweet and give you everything you need to know! Super responsive and amazing host! We are always happy visiting St. Augustine and will always look for this condo before searching elsewhere! Thank you guys for an amazing time and always having all the trinkets we forgot to bring! The sand toys were a hit with the teens!

Wonderful stay!

The condo was just beautiful! Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances you’d need, plenty of bath and beach towels and view was awesome! We loved it and have already booked for next year! Host was also very helpful !

Perfect spot

The condo was just perfect for a special week away without kids. Everything in the listing was just as expected, especially the view! The only issue was the fridge, as it died on our last day. We can't blame the owner. Why? Because, we let him know. This is the second time this has happened to us at two different properties; management issue or the previous occupants missed it.

Gorgeous view in comfortable condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walked on the beach and sat on the balcony watching the sea. We even got to experience gopher tortoises every day. The condo is very comfortable and the beds are good. We had some glitches but the landlord responded very quickly. One thing that others mentioned is that we got stranded outside of the gate because we had an outdated code. Someone took pity on us and let us in. The hot tub and pool were wonderful as well. While there we of course got pizza and potato balls from Pizza Time and had wonderful sea food at Sunset Grill. BBQ at Smokin D’s is extraordinary. We were disappointed by what had been a perennial favorite, Caps on the Water. It is under new management and everything unique about it is gone, including peel and eat shrimp. Our favorite server, Kai, is there but even she was not enough for us to go back.

Nice getaway

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Updated, clean and had just about everything we needed for our stay! The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the condo is in an old building and although it has been updated the unit had a bit of a musty smell. My husband and daughter have allergies to mold and mildew. They spent the week sneezing with runny nose and sore throats.

Exceeded expectations

Property was as described but the quiet neighborhood and amazing beach were the icing on the cake. Super easy access, everything was clean and comfortable. Host was very good with communication. Nothing to complain about at all.

Everything about this place is BEAUTIFUL!!

The place was great - exactly as it’s described. Everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The view is outstanding and just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again !!!

We’ve been staying in Hibiscus Resorts for 30+ years and this is one of the most beautifully remodel units. Very comfortable and hosts are wonderful. Will be back!

The perfect vacation spot

The property was beautiful. Maybe a 20 step walk to the pool and beach walk. The condo itself was very nice. Pictures didn’t even do it justice. 10/10 would recommend.

Summer Vacation!

We have stayed at numerous condos at the Hibiscus and this is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. We will definitely keep this condo in mind for our next beach trip. Plenty of towels and wash clothes which you don’t normally see in a rental. Even had beach towels if you needed them.

Perfection

This unit was just perfect for our family. We were steps away from the pool and the ocean. The drive to the old part of St. Augustine was not far but far enough away to not have all the traffic and a crowded beach. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed! I never had to contact the owner for anything because the unit was very well taken care of. At the end of the week, everyone said this has been their favorite spot we've ever stayed and their favorite beach vacation. I highly recommend this place!

Adorable condo

We loved the space! It was so comfy and inviting. Supplied with everything you would need from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels, toys and chairs. The large blue blankets were also a favorite! We all were searching websites to see where we could get them.

Beautifully decorated condo with beautiful view

We have stayed at several condos in St. Augustine and this property is by far the best! The communication with the owner was great; they even accommodated us for an additional night when our flight home was canceled due to weather. Highly recommend!

Hibiscus paradise

Fantastic ocean view condo! The condo was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the view from the balcony was incredible. We loved taking daily beach walks and relaxing by the pools. Last, we really appreciate how well stocked this condo was! I brought my own spices, oils and condiments, but they were all provided-amazing! This allowed us to cook many home cooked meals which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Oceanside Rental

My husband and I rented the unit for the months of January and February. The unit was exactly how it was pictured. Very cute, comfortable and kitchen well stocked for a long term stay. Access to the beautiful beach just a short boardwalk away. Unit is in a great location as well. Restaurants and various businesses close by. As others have mentioned, the property the condo is located on is somewhat dated but you can tell improvements are being made. Note the community room exterior is in poor shape but we never used it. However, the pool areas are very nice. Although the property refers to 3 pools and two hot tub areas, only one hot tub was functioning during our two month stay. Therefore, the hot tub received high use and was often crowded. Also, only one of the three pools is heated. Property manager was very responsive any time contacted and very easy to communicate with. St. Augustine and Butler Beach are lovely areas and I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Enjoyed our stay

Property was nice--deck was fabulous and we spent a lot of time there. 2nd bedroom beds had foam toppers and were not great but doable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Couch in living room was not great but we really didn't spend a lot of time sitting around so not that important. Unit was clean. I would recommend the property. Price was very fair for what we received. One concerning thing was the beach gate code had changed from what we were given. Thankfully, before we all went through the gate, we sent one person through to test out code. I would highly recommend testing out gate code. We were able to get correct gate code from other renters--it took the host a little while to respond. We would probably stay there again.
