Spacious, comfortable, up-to-date home with three bedrooms and three baths. Fully equipped kitchen to make your own meals. Main floor family room has Hi-Def TV with Netflix and Air TV. Finished basement offers a large Great Room with pool table to watch a movie (Roku) or play games (many board games available for use). Large Master Bedroom is a quiet get away of it’s own with a cozy sitting area. One car garage available for use. There is also an outside patio to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is a bird feeder camera for security purposes that monitors the patio, driveway and street out front of the house. The City Splash Pad is open during summer season.

Great experience

We loved staying at Jan's house. It was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 1 baby. The living room had enough space for us all and it was centrally located between Fremont and Omaha. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Weekend

We chose this property based on the reviews and location. We were not disappointed as the house was exactly as described and the communication with Jan was great! Spacious and comfortable place for family members to stay.

This was our second time we chose to stay here while working in the area because it's perfect. Very clean and spacious. Love the big kitchen, it was great cooking dinners there every night. Nice quiet area. Jan is amazing and communicative as always. The house in general is just comfortable and welcoming. It's a nice change of pace from hotel rooms that can feel like you're in a sterile medical room.

Our stay in Yutan.

We enjoyed our week long stay. Great house, quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the downstairs basement. The house was very clean and spacious. The host was very responsive.

This property was very clean and organized and had many personal touches that made our stay there very, very enjoyable. The locaton was great and the check in process was easy. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially if you have kids as there is lots of room to run around and lots of games/toys to play with. All the beds were very comfortable and the bedroooms were all very roomy. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay.

Nice home quiet neighborhood

Jan was a great host. Everything was exactly as stated and we had zero issues. The home was perfect for our 3 adults and 2 children. She had age appropriate toys there for the kids and lots of books. We definitely felt at home. Thr neighborhood is nice and quiet and we very safe. Easy drive to Omaha

This property was perfect! We were in town for John C. Fremont days, and this home was the perfect retreat after a long hot day. We all enjoyed the front patio area, and the guys enjoyed the pool table. Jan is an amazing hostess, and the home was beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. I hope to stay again in the future.

Just Lovely!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Jan's home in Yutan! It was one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed in and was so homey. There was ample seating in the open concept living room and we loved the bright, sunny reading room. The neighborhood was so quaint and quiet and just a short drive to restaurants and shops and a great distance from Omaha. Jan is an excellent host and communicated all we needed to know in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Jan's home and would stay here again for sure!!

Home away from Home

This is a comfortable, clean place that made us feel exceedingly welcome during our weekend stay. Large, inviting sitting room with lots of comfortable seating was where we spent most of our time. Though we only used the kitchen to drink coffee and have some cereal, it was warm and inviting and open. Everything was spotless and instructions and labels were clear. The Sleep Number beds in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms were a welcome comfort, and ample bathrooms for all of the guests were appreciated. Would stay here again for sure!

Yutan time is a FABULOUS time

7 extended family members from 4 states needed a place to gather near Fremont for the weekend. We found this amazing home and were thrilled by the house, the amenities, and the host. Seriously, Jan went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, play games, gather to eat, and sleep. We truly made wonderful family memories thanks to this Vrbo. We nicknamed our trip Yutan Time and there was much discussion as we left as to when we could enjoy Yutan time again.

Cute home. Very nice patio and yard.

Not a fan of sleep number beds. Tended to run out of hot water after 3 showers. Well equipped kitchen. Living area was super comfortable. Basement bedroom does not have egress windows and was musty. Overall our stay was good.

Sleep number beds provide adjustable comfort by selecting a number on the remote which either increases or decreases the amount of air in the bed according to your preference. I have written instructions, by each bed, on how to use the remote. If all the air is taken out of the bed it would be most uncomfortable. Several past guests have commented on how ‘comfy” the sleep number beds are and that has been my experience as well. I’m sorry your experience was different as my goal is for all guests to have their best sleep. As for the musty smell in the basement bedroom, I have not had any feedback prior to this and have not noticed it myself. You can be assured that I will address it promptly. Again, my highest priority is to provide my guests with the best experience possible. I appreciate all feedback. Thank you.

Top notch stay

Loved the house. Perfect layout for my co-worker and I to have a main floor and downstairs so we each had our own living area with bedrooms and bathroom. We got to enjoy the pool table and the kitchen was great for making a few meals. It was very well furnished and accomadating. Jan was also great and prompt in communicating. I appreciated her being understanding when we were late with the second payment being it was my first time using VRBO and I assumed the 2nd payment was automatic. The garage was also nice to have in mid November having to get up for work at 6am and avoid getting into a cold car. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion

The house was perfect! It is very nicely appointed and very clean! We had plenty of room for all 8 of us to comfortably sleep and use of 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was very spacious and comfortable to have lots of hang out space. There was another big family room downstairs if you needed more hang out space which included a pool table. The owner was easy to communicate with and she made sure there were lots of great toys for my 2 year old granddaughter. M granddaughter had a blast with all the toys! It is a safe little neighborhood and is walking distance to the little downtown, which was fun. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house and will rent again if we have the occasion to do so. Thank you for making our stay so nice!

Family Reunion

We were in Nebraska for a family reunion near Omaha and wanted a property where a number of us could stay. As it turned out, only my spouse and I could attend, but the property would have been great if 6 adults had gone as originally planned. It was very quiet and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Big Comfortable House in a Quiet Neighborhood

This is a large, comfortable, and well-equipped house on a quiet street in a town of 1000 about 20 miles west of Omaha. We loved the practical kitchen, the enormous TV with Netflix etc, and the pool table downstairs. Our dog had a safe place to stay while we went adventuring in the daytime. We would gladly stay here again under the right circumstances.

Comfy, Cozy Family Getaway

This incredibly welcoming property has a mostly open floor plan that worked really well for hanging out as a family. The bedrooms are quiet, the master is huge, and all the furnishings are good for kids and adults alike. We enjoyed the pool table, the Roku, and the toys and games. There are only a couple restaurants in town, but Omaha is not far and with the kitchen we brought plenty of food. Jan was very responsive to our questions and went out of her way for us. Our kids loved the bunk beds. This home would also work well for younger kids because with the basement door closed it is all on one level. Highly recommend!

Communication with Jan was amazing. Kitchen was awesome.. All the materials we needed to prepare a meal for family was at the house. Beds were comfy & the house was spotless. Would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great home base for our reunion.

Everything was just as pictured. The six of us were extremely comfortable morning and night with places to sit and relax, comfy beds and a surprising amount of room for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

This home sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The property is away from train tracks but you still hear the train whistle, in the distance, which reminds you of days gone by when life was more laid back. The church, a block away, has chimes that play a hymn at the top of the hour. You can hear the hymn and sing/hum along while sitting on the patio with your cup of Joe. There are two parks (a train park for young children and a larger park with a splash pad), a church, bank, Mexican and Chinese restaurants, local bar, post office, all within walking distance. Cubby’s gas shop and Dollar General are local as well and are about one mile from the property. Also unique is that this town is considered a bedroom community meaning you have the convenience of being close to a large city while having the quaintness and quiet of a small community.

I purchased and remodeled this home to make it a warm, inviting place for families to relax and enjoy their get away. With an open floor plan in the kitchen, family room and sitting area, there is opportunity to enjoy each other's company while still having plenty of space. I love the fact that adults/kids can retreat to the lower level to enjoy time playing with toys, games or shooting pool, while others can interact on the upper level. Three bedrooms and three baths make it possible for three couples to stay and each have their own space. The outdoor patio is an extra area to enjoy breakfast or relax with a cup of coffee in the morning.
