This newly-renovated home is just a short drive from the charm and entertainment of Omaha but feels like youā€™re on a private retreat! Nebraska Crossing Outlet Mall just 5 minutes away and only 30 minutes to downtown Omaha or the famous Henry Doorly Zoo. When you book here, you can expect a unique experience with plenty of wildlife sightings on this peaceful acreage!

Youā€™re going to love it here! This beautiful property is located on 11 acres of land, making your experience during your stay very peaceful.

This cozy 5 bedroom home has an amazing, easy to access location and absolutely everything you could want or need.

-Just 5 minute drive to hop on I-80 to quickly take you anywhere in Omaha

-5 minute drive to Nebraska Crossing Outlet Mall

-Fully equipped kitchen with all of the utensils, cookware, and bakeware to create a delicious meal for family and friends. Second kitchen located in the basement for easy entertaining!

-Complimentary coffee, decaf coffee, and tea options

-Two king size beds (which is hard to find!)

-Three garage parking spaces available to park your vehicles

-Entertainment for ALL: Toys and books for the little ones, Pool Table, Arcade Games, Board Games, Outdoor Games, and lots of space to enjoy outdoors!

-Four Smart TV's with access to streaming

-Garage gym with Treadmill, Elliptical, Dumbbell weights, Yoga Materials, and more.

-Kids items: High Chair, Pack and Play, Toys, Bibs, Non-breakable plates/bowls, Cups with lids, Kids Silverware, Wipeable Placemats, etc.

-Outdoor Fire Pit with access to fire wood

-Washer/Dryer in unit

We have a feeling that you will want to move right in after experiencing all that Turkey Creek Farmhouse has to offer!

We do house our friendly hens and rooster on the property next to the house. They are fully enclosed and will not be roaming around. Please feel free to enjoy watching them but do not try to feed them or otherwise touch them. If you are staying more than one night, we will be by to feed and water them once every two days for about 10 minutes, however we promise not to bother you at all during your stay. Our rooster, Stormy, does crow however we have provided sound machines in each bedroom so that you can still sleep in as late as youā€™d like.

Due to the nature of being located just outside of town, our WiFi access is not ideal. We do have WiFi, however it is not high speed, especially if trying to stream from multiple devices. Please know that another option is to use your personal hot spot on your mobile device if the WiFi is slower to stream on the smart TV's. We plan to upgrade as soon as it becomes available to our area.

From the initial confirmation email to closing up the home, Kelly was warm, friendly, prompt and thorough in all of her communications. The home was immaculate, well stocked and highly organized. Especially appreciated was the drawer of all dinner things for little ones!

Gretna farmhouse - awesome!

We loved our stay in this home. It was spacious, clean and comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials plus extras. Our family, including a tween, loved the rec room with pool table and arcade games. Located in a beautiful rural setting, but conveniently close to lots of fun places to go.

Our group of church women leaders stayed here the night before our convention. The home was immaculate and beautiful, and all the rooms were so comfortable. We did not spend many hours there, but did enjoy nearby establishments near Ashland. We would highly recommend this country place, close to the city, yet with a rural view. A wonderful experience!

We had a fabulous stay! Accurate description of the house, very quiet and plenty of room for the family to spread out. We had 9 adults and 5 kids under 5. It was the perfect location for us, close to 3 state parks and a 30 minute drive to the zoo. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay With A Convenient Yet Secluded Location

We had a great stay for our family get away. The location was close to the interstate but was far enough away to not notice it was there. The beds we comfortable, the house was clean and spacious, and the property offered some great views including some wild turkeys that came right up to the house. We would stay here again without a second thought.

Peaceful Country Home

My family enjoyed this comfortable country home! Something for all ages, games, deck for relaxing, swing for kids, fire pit for evenings and a neighbor who serenaded us while sitting by the fire, truly an added bonus. Perfect Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for us. We had a family celebration here with 8 adults and 2 children. The home had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to enjoy. And the house was stocked with everything that we needed. The kids toys, books and sound machine came in very handy. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. We would highly recommend.

Perfect Place and Location

Six siblings from around the country finally all getting together in Ashland, NE. Instead of all finding hotel rooms, we found this beautiful home just a few miles away. It was a beautiful setting and home that worked perfectly so we could all stay together. We could not have been happier and the hosts could not have had better accommodations. We all agreed that we would loved to make this an annual event!

Great Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Gretna! The house fit our group of 11 extremely comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Itā€™s in a quiet neighborhood backing up to the countryside, and we even saw wild turkeys and deer during our stayā€”such a peaceful setting.The location was perfectā€”just a short drive to Werner Park, where we caught a Storm Chasers game, and close to the Omaha Zoo, which made for a great family outing.The home was spotless and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds. The kids especially loved the arcade-style video game, and the pool table was a big hit with the whole group. Communication with the host was easy and smooth from start to finish.We give our highest recommendation for this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Omaha area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family reunion

As a family that often stays at vacation properties we were overwhelmed by the details put into the home. From the childrenā€™s items, to the toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, and so many more things to make the house feel more comfortable and relaxing. Our family loved our time there and the beautiful property to explore. Thank you for the restful porch views and your obvious care and hospitality. Family time on the farm

We had a great stay for three days on the Turkey Creek Farm. The house was wonderful with lots of space for everyone. The grandkids enjoyed seeing the chickens, playing the arcade games, and challenging each other to a game of pool. There was lots of green space to play outdoors. The elliptical and treadmill machines were appreciated when it was raining one morning and too wet to walk/run outside. We were able to connect with family in the area and had a nice cookout one evening, and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed visiting the beautiful Holy Family Shrine a few miles away. Kelly was responsive to all our questions and communication was excellent. We would definitely love to stay here again!
