Excellent stay, fantastic host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Green room. Location to town was great, room and house were very clean and charmingly decorated. Would stay here again. Thank you, Forrest, we had a lovely time!

Great Anniversary Stay Right In Town

We spent our Anniversary at 29 India Street and loved it. Great setting, very close to town and incredibly attentive folks. We hope to stay again!

Perfect stay

We had an excellent stay at 29 India House. The breakfast was incredible and the house was conveniently located to the harbor and Main Street. Forrest and Giuseppe were extremely accommodating and cordial hosts! I would highly recommend staying with them!

Wonderful accommodations!

Beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of town in an historic building. Very comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Delightful Innkeepers. Beautiful garden and yard. I’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

We loved our time in Nantucket! The space was so charming and beautifully decorated. Our room was also very comfortable (with air conditioning), clean and private. The location was perfect and Forrest was a really wonderful and friendly host! We definitely want to come back.

Hi, Molly, Glad you enjoyed your visit…a nice tribute from neighbors in Falmouth MA, one of the Cape’s gems. The heat pump mini-split AC was new for this season…quiet and cool, a great technology for a good night’s sleep. You were great company… happy to see you return in the future

Wonderful stay

Weekend in nantucket

The property was great. They were helpful and accommodating during check in, and even drove us to the ferry when we had to leave the island. Located right in the middle of town nearby several nice shops/restaurants. Great experience overall

A Charming location, host and home!

We loved our stay here so much we cancelled our place on the Vineyard just to stay longer! Our hosts were awesome and the beauty of the property and its convenient location was excellent. I can't wait to come back.

A dream

This is the quintessential New England B&B on the world's most beautiful island with a wonderful host. Forest is the fifth generation family owner and takes pride in every detail. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom modern. Breakfasts are amazing with wonderful fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and coffee. The house is detailed with old books and antiques. And if that's not enough, Forest is an academic with focus on Italian literature and can keep anyone engaged in conversation for hours. We look forward to returning.

Great stay

Forrest is a wonderful host and India House is a great place to stay if you're looking for something in town, within walking distance to just about everything. The room is beautifully furnished and clean. Good size bathroom, Wi-Fi and cable. Refrigerator, coffee and tea maker on the floor. Breakfast in the morning is included. Beautiful garden in the backyard. Beach towels, umbrellas and chairs provided by the host. Forrest and Giuseppe are so friendly and make your stay absolutely amazing. Thank you again for having us at your place, and thank you for tickets to the Whaling Museum! Can't wait to come back very soon!

Comfort and relaxation in the Green Room!

My dog and I stayed in the Green Room for two nights and very much enjoyed the house, the yard and Forrest and his staff. The Green Room is quiet, and the bed is extremely comfortable! Had some of the best nights of sleep I have had in a while. The yard is very pretty, and I enjoyed sitting out there for breakfast. Forrest is super helpful and welcoming, and he helped make our stay very special! Thank you
