Great location and very comfortable home. We will definitely stay here again. Easy to walk or ride bikes to town and on a nice quiet street very close to coffee shops, the meat and fish market and more. Perfect really in every way! Loved our time in Nantucket!

Charming Nantucket House

This is a fantastic house! Perfect size, all amenities you could possibly think of and the host and caretaker were quick to respond and accommodating the entire week. The house was extremely clean, and spacious with an outdoor patio and grill. Thank you for an outstanding week in ACK. We will be back next year!

Nantucket getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this warm and welcoming home. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the location was so easy to get to so many great spots on the island. We can’t wait to go back.

Loved our stay on Nantucket

This home is so quaint and truly Nantucket style. It is in a quiet location, but easy to get to town. We did have a rental car and I would recommend one to see the island and get to dinner and town etc easily. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and decorated so nicely! The backyard is private and great for dining, coffee or sunning.

Cute, convenient house

We had a great stay in this house. Very convenient to downtown Nantucket! There were a few accumulated broken things (microwave, bedside lamp) but otherwise it was great. Would recommend!

Girls’ getaway

This property exceeded all expectations for our getaway celebrating our 50 year friendship. The location was perfect, and the house is magazine worthy. Anything we could possibly need was provided. We loved our time on Nantucket!

Perfect Nantucket home

We had a wonderful stay in this home on Nantucket. Very close to the downtown, onsite parking, and the house was impeccable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, so eating in was easy and enjoyable. There is a great outdoor / private seating area in the back. Outdoor shower was a bonus! Will be back!

Simply perfect

This property was simply perfect. It is clear the owners care about providing a lovely home and having it well cared for. Everything feels brand new tho it is a few years old. Beautifully decorated. Bathrooms great. Kitchen great. Beds very comfy. Great location for easy access to all parts of the island. Would totally come back.

Impeccable house; great mid-Island spot!

10-1/2 Cherry St. is a crown jewel. Looks brand new. Perfectly, beautifully decorated in Nantucket theme. Comfy beds. Ample eating areas, including patio table. Easy walk to Wicked bakery and Roasted coffee (our daily routine!). About 3/4 mile pleasant walk to ‘real’ town. A spectacular home for a family. A master downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Can’t recommend it more highly!

Beautiful cottage

Bathroom and kitchen have gorgeous finishes, everything well laid out and stocked Sutton each towels and plenty of bathroom towels. I would recommend two rolls of paper towels for the week since the stop and shop only sells them in 6 roll packs. Convenient to everything we rode bikes most places. Foggy bottom pizza excellent and walking distance. Short walk to main town and shops. Gorgeous bike ride to Sconcet and Surfside beach. Perfect house!

The home is very well-appointed and nicely located. However, we had an issue with the AC. On our final 24 hours, The AC upstairs blasted hot air (83 degrees); so hot that the floor grill was hot to the touch. When I reported this to the ‘caretaker’, he suggested to simply open the windows. That did not fix the issue. He then suggested that I flip the main Circuit breaker off, which we did twice. That didn’t fix the issue. I then set the thermostat to the ‘heat’ mode and dropped the temperature down to 60 degrees. That worked, and the room cooled down to 76 degrees by bedtime at 10 PM. I tried to contact the owner and tell him that he should have the thermostat and AC unit checked, but he had no interest in talking to me and said to contact the caretaker. Also of note, there is a huge building project going up directly across Cherry street which is giving the location extra traffic and noise. Trying to be nice tenants, we even bought a pumpkin for the front porch. Other than these details, the house was great.

Nothing LACKing!

This house was pure perfection for our group of girlfriends traveling for a wedding. Location was quiet and peaceful, but a nice walk to town and close to the grocery store and a few nice restaurants. Layout was wonderful to spend time together but have plenty of private space. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed to prep a meal or enjoy snacks and the storage and organization made us feel right at home. Jeff was communicative and friendly, and his cleaner was so kind and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful Week!

What a perfect home- it was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked and the place was immaculately clean. There were thoughtful little touches everywhere: books about Nantucket, cozy lap blankets, the baby gate at the top of the stairs, a nice selection of cooking spices and many more. The outdoor deck and patio was a lovely space as well- quiet and peaceful. Both Lillian (house keeper and the property manager’s wife (he was in hospital) were welcoming and super nice. Thank you for such a welcoming home! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Divine Home

The house is amazing! It is exactly as pictured on the VRBO site…we were all so happy when we walked in the door. The beds and bed linens are lovely and comfortable. There was an abundance of towels provided in the bathrooms. We walked to dinner in town and walked home following dinner, it’s so easy as the location is excellent. The Stop n Shop was so close we went there every day for fresh bagels. The living room seating was very comfortable and enough space to hang out in and watch TV and plan our days. I really feel the house exceeded my expectations and my expectations were high. The decor and furnishings were well done throughout the entire house. The outdoor dining area was comfortable and private. The house was quiet and we slept like babies. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend it highly. We stayed here for one week.

Fantastic modern house on a quiet street

As described; lovely recent remodel of a 3 BR/3BR classic Nantucket grey shingle 2 story house a short walk from town. Well stocked kitchen: we mostly ate in and could bake/cook anything. Lovely backyard with grill, table, climbing roses and hydrangeas. Daffodils all along the borders. We visited in April at the height of daffodil season. This house is on a quiet side street around the corner from Cumberland Farms, boardwalk to salt marsh preserve and Land Bank area full of daffodils a short walk downhill and across the street. 1/2 mile to big Stop and Shop on Sparks that is open 6 AM-midnight everyday; 1.5 mile walk to the Discovery Playground at Hinsdale Park. Easy to drive anywhere. 2 tandem parking spots out front. Sayles Seafood a 5 minute walk. The decor is lovely blue and white beach with Nantucket accents. Nice high def TV which we hooked a chromecast to easily in order to stream our accounts. Good WiFi. Nice to have 2 master suites both with king beds and also a 3rd bedroom with 2 twins. High end comfortable mattresses and lots of nice towels/extra blankets. Great showers. Great communication, caretaker readily available. We highly recommend this house and would stay again.

Adorable and cozy ACK vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there just shy of two weeks, and the house was cozy, tastefully decorated, well equipped (especially the kitchen), and conveniently located. You can easily walk into town or walk to the bike paths/stop and shop/nantucket meat and fish etc. Our 1 year old enjoyed the little backyard and bunnies that often hop through it. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5? We had communication issues on the day of check-in and it caused a good amount of stress and wasting of our time as we scrambled to try and make new travels plans. The owner ended up making good on his end and fixing the issue, but it was still very stressful and could have been avoided. Secondly, the house could have been cleaner. It seemed like we may have been the first (or one of the first) check-ins of the season, but the house smelled a little musty and the floors were not freshly mopped. The bathroom showers and tubs were not clean and had pink mold, and the kitchen sink also had a big ring of black mold on it. I didn't enjoy doing a deep cleaning upon check-in to feel comfortable. But I also didn't feel like calling the cleaner and dealing with all of that, so at the end of the day I just did it myself. All of that said, this is a great home and perfect for two couples and a baby.
