The property has a a dock and a boat house that leads to the Connecticut River and more than 1,000 acres of beaches and federally protected habitats for osprey, and a vast array for birds, and fish that gather at the mouth of the river that leads to Long Island Sound.
Days are filled with swimming, kayaking, sailing, fishing, crabbing, hiking and exploring. At breakfast and dinner you will experience breathtaking sunsets and sunrises and some of the best views on the U.S. East Coast. Some have likened it to being on the African savanna because of the vast expanses.
It's all is accessible by boat or kayak, but not cars.
