Victorian Villa, Hunstanton Norfolk. Sleeps 20

We have a beautiful property, with a lovely Victorian entrance hallway and stairs. We were emptying the bins outside the building as the guests arrived to ensure they had plenty of space for their stay and we kindly asked to come in and wash our hands to which they said yes. I would never deny someone to wash their hands and basic kindness, this is indeed shocking! Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. This is stated in the booking information. We offer earlier and later check-outs at an additional cost to allow us to bring additional cleaning staff as this is a very large property that takes 9 hours to change over We had a lovely chat with the guests for about 15 mins, talking about their job in the public sector and the area as they were looking to move. We also recommended some activities. Personally my husband and I are shocked by this review and the rating. We operate self check-in system but it is always a pleasure to say hi and answer any questions with kindness when we happen to meet our guests.
