Cozy lake view apartment in Ruvigliana (DREAM LAKE 1)

The Dream Lake 1 apartment is a welcoming oasis of peace and comfort located in Ruvigliana, overlooking Lake Lugano, of which it offers a suggestive glimpse. The modern and practical furnishing style makes it a comfortable and refined place at the same time. 



Upon entering, you immediately find yourself immersed in the cosy atmosphere of the one-bedroom apartment. You are greeted by the living room, with a high table with stools, decorated with coloured glasses, adding a touch of liveliness to the room. In the TV area there is a comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching a film, which can become a single bed for any guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The modern, separate kitchen is decorated in neutral colours that lend a relaxing and hospitable atmosphere. It is equipped with all the appliances necessary for a pleasant and practical stay, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster and refrigerator. The romantic bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, the window allows a plenty of natural light in to illuminate the room, creating an atmosphere of serenity.

The modern and functional bathroom has a comfortable shower for special moments of relaxation after a day of sightseeing.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



Although lacking private parking, the Dream Lake 1 apartment has public parking spaces a few meters away, available for a fee or with a time zone disk.

What\'s nearby:

Ruvigliana is a pretty hamlet nestled in the hills of Lugano, enjoying plenty of sunshine and wonderful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Ciani Park and Lugano Lido, with its indoor swimming pool, summer outdoor swimming pool, lakeside beach, and tennis courts, are just a 6-minute drive away; Lugano\'s historic center is 10 minutes away. The picturesque village of Gandria can be reached in 7 minutes by car, or on foot from Castagnola (5 minutes by car) by walking along the beautiful \"Sentiero degli Ulivi.\" The summit of Mount Bré can be reached in 10 minutes by car, or for those who like to walk in 50 minutes by taking one of the trails.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Dream Lake 1 does not have private parking, but guests can park in the public parking lots near the building. You can park in two public car parks: one at the first curve of the road leading to Ruvigliana, with parking spaces with hourly discs, and one after the second curve, with paid public parking spaces. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus No. 461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 7 stops (about 12 minutes) and get off at the \"Viganello, San Siro\" stop. Here, take bus No. 10 (Castagnola Capolinea direction) for 5 stops (5 minutes) and get off at \"Ruvigliana, former Clinic\" stop. Walk for about 4 minutes to reach the building.
