Dating back to circa 1860 and lovingly renovated in 2023, this unique retreat offers warmth, tranquility, and comfort.

Step through the door and into the spacious boot room/utility area, your gateway to relaxation.

The luxurious main bathroom beckons with its Bateau bath, perfect for indulgent soaks, and a large walk-in shower.

Taking the English oak staircase to the main floor, where an open-plan layout awaits.

Here, you'll find the sofa offers prime seating with panoramic views of the fields and distant woodland, ideal for savouring the sunset with a glass in hand.

On the same level a sumptuous king-size bed with an adjacent ensuite bathroom featuring a shower. Please note that this is OPEN PLAN and there is no separation between the king size bed and the living area.

Open the stable door on the North side for a glimpse of the Priory walled garden, or retreat to the sunny window seat on the south, overlooking the fields, garden, and pond.

This cozy nook is perfect for enjoying a morning brew while watching the sunrise or basking in the afternoon sun.

The fully equipped kitchen, nestled in the corner with quartz worktops and modern appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, invites culinary adventures.

Nearby, a 4-8 place dining table provides a charming setting for shared meals.

Ascend to the secluded mezzanine, offering surprising privacy and featuring a small double bed and a workspace desk for essential tasks or last-minute study sessions.

Please note that while sight lines are private, noise may carry due to the open-plan layout.
