The 1689 sq feet (156m2) has three bedrooms and two bathrooms one with a jacuzzi tub. Two of the bedrooms with king size beds and other with twin beds. The unit is just in front of the swimming pool and the beach. It has great views of the sea an sunsets. Some times you may even see dolphins and whales from the balcony. The building has elevator. Our apartment is in the second floor. The kitchen has stove with oven, microwave oven, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, expresso maker, juice maker, and many utensils, pots, pans and dishes. We have two dinning areas, one indoors and the other outside in the balcony wich I personally think is great to eat in fresh air. We also count with AC in each room and in the living-dinnig area as well as ceiling fans every where. The master bedroom conects with the living area trough some wooden doors that you decide whether you open or not, depending on the privacy you need. When they are open the sensation of amplitude is great it lets you feel like you are in a bigger place.
There is a payable laundry room in the ground floor of the building you may buy some tokens if you need.
There are two pools. One is a small one for young children. By the pool side you will find a place called the star. There are some bbq grills out there just by the beach, and tables and chairs in case you want to use them. The condo has its own beach, even though you can walk to the neighbors beaches, wich are great too.
We are 7.5 km (3.5 miles) from downtown and Playa de los Muertos. About 10 min driving. To go to the North Hotel area it will take you longer, min. Depending on the traffic.
The best way to transport yourself is renting a car, but if you don’t want to do so, you can move by taxi or by bus.
We are 40 to 50min driving from the airport.
To do grocery shopping or to go to restaurants it is necesary to go to town.
Even if it is not so close to town the place is worth it, as you will be in a paradise like environment, in a very exclusive and beautiful beaches just steps from you.
