Villa Magna overlooks one of the largest stretches of beach in Nuevo Vallarta and has three breathtaking infinity pools. Villa Magna is a short 15-minute ride from the airport and 25 minutes from the center of Puerto Vallarta. Situated where the jungle meets the sea along Banderas Bay, our unit provides stunning views to Punta de Mita to the North and Mismaloya to the South. All new furniture, a 65-inch flat screen TV in the family room and a 50-inch Samsung flat screen TV in the Master bedroom. You will absolutely fall in love with the decorations, while enjoying the comforts of home. Our bi-lingual property manager is on hand to assist you with any questions you might have during your stay. He can organize for you to have in-home yoga lessons, a Shiatsu Massage and for a cook who will come to the condominium and make you traditional Mexican meals. Prior to your visit, we can give you advice on car rentals and excursion planning. Villa Magna is a gated resort with 24 hour security guards. We are minutes away from many restaurants, golf courses.

The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels, umbrella etc..and very spacious with a great patio overlooking the pool and ocean. I would highly recommend.

Great beach and location. Solid pool and great, responsive customer service. However, the unit was much more dated than advertised - definitely not Luxury 5 Star - with the bathrooms and secondary bedrooms not in the best shape. Cleanliness was the biggest issue, which I hope the owner will address with their management company.

Property was remodeled in 2025. Complete kitchen, remodeled, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and light fixtures. Custom cabinets in all bathrooms with quartz countertops. All new furniture in bedrooms, new pictures throughout. New terrace tile as well. Not sure what part of the condo was dated. Never had a concern on Cleanliness, will check with management company. Regardless we appreciate, your feedback.

Villa Magnificent!

We had a wonderful two week stay at Villa magna. The view of the ocean and Pools below is great. We enjoyed walking the beach and swimming in the pool. Walking and Uber brought us to several enjoyable nearby restaurants. We liked the spacious condo and big deck.

Great location

Great location, beautiful beach and walking path, close to many good restaurants. The condo is dated and needs some updates.The balcony is large and has an amazing view of the ocean. Unfortunately, if you wanted a seat at the pool or on the beach, you had to go and put towels on chairs by 6:00am.

Loved how close our condo was to the pools. Beach very close as well! We bought t groceries and made most of our meals in condo. The restaurants close buy were all very good. We will return!

Amazing

Great condo. Had mostly everything we could have needed - the one thing we wished for was a full BBQ- other than that the condo was fantastic. The pools and beach area is great. Great location with lots of restaurants to walk to. I could have sat on the balcony and watched the ocean all day and night - beautiful view.

Time of My Life

I had the time of my life. This is by far the best condo I have rented in Mexico and I visit Mexico often. The view from the condo is amazing. You can see the beach from the master bedroom and the family room which gives way to beautiful sunsets. I can't wait to visit again!!!

The property had exactly what we were looking for, plenty of pools for swimming and relaxing. Also close to the beach. The neighborhood was safe and close to excursions and also a wide variety of restaurants. Taxis and Uber were easily accessible so transportation was not a problem. The condo. was well equipped, we were able to enjoy several meals we prepared ourselves. The deck overlooking the pool area and ocean was wonderful especially the sunsets. We would definitely return to Nuevo Vallarta and to this property. Also within close proximity to the airport.

Great Time at the Villa Magna

We had a great time at the Villa Magna. The interior of the unit is just as described. We had one other couple so we used the two larger bedrooms. The third bedroom in our opinion would be better suited for children or single adults but of course would work for another couple. Wonderful balcony overlooking the Pools and grounds. We come to the area every year and the heated pool is by far the best we have every had. Enjoyed the snack bar for drinks and their limited food selection. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay at the Villa Magna again.

Overall, our stay at the condo was okay. The unit itself was in good condition, clean, and well maintained, and the condominium complex is clearly well taken care of.At the beginning of our stay, there was some lack of communication with the condo manager, which created a bit of confusion regarding early arrival. Since the complex does not have a lobby or common area, there was no place to check in early or leave our luggage. This made the first part of the day a little challenging. Once the previous guests checked out, however, we were allowed to leave our bags in the unit, which helped a lot and allowed us to enjoy the rest of the day.In terms of amenities, the complex is somewhat limited. There is a tennis court, but it is almost always booked, as the condominium is associated with a hotel. There are no additional sports amenities such as pickleball or paddle courts, which would have been a nice addition. The hotel amenities overall were just okay—not exceptional.The beach, however, was a highlight. It is beautiful, with very soft sand, no rocks, and great waves. Our kids really enjoyed spending time there.Inside the condo, everything was functional, but it could benefit from a few extra touches. For example, basic items like shampoo were not provided, which would be a simple improvement for future guests.In summary, the stay was acceptable and the condo itself is in good shape, but there is room for improvement in communication, amenities, and small details that

Mexico trip

The condo was lovely with plenty of room for 6 people. Loved having the pools and ocean right there! Watching the sunset from the balcony was great! The staff we encountered were a pleasure and very helpful! The one thing we thought that might help make the trip easier would be having a folder or something at the condo providing more information about the condo and the area. It might include instructions on how to order water jugs ( if needed), how to call out on the phone to order from the restaurants on the property, where to do the recycling, recommendations for area restaurants and activities. That aside we had a wonderful time and will be back!

Wonderful property !

This was a very nice condo and we had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and well supplied with every thing necessary for the week. We took advantage of the ability to purchase several days of all inclusive from the hotel and the restaurants were great. The only negative was that the condo was advertised as having purified water throughout, but when we arrived we were told by the property manager that we needed to buy water and ice. This necessitated our having to go out and buy water several times during our stay. Other than that I would definitely rent this condo again.

Location is great on the beach

The condo is nice and is on the beach! Beautiful pools. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment to cook. Walmart is only 10 minutes away via Uber. The condo is not all inclusive but the hotel next door is. The restaurant is open to the public and costs 37 per person to eat as much as you want. The water is the condo is not for consumption so bring your own water. The only thing that needs more attention to detail was the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Several things were falling apart with screws coming out of the wall on light switches. Location is very safe but is far away from the board walk or (Malecon) area if that's what you want. Uber is great to get you around. Condo had a few balls and snorkeling fins to borrow. No boogie boards though. Overall, it was a good stay.

A month at VillaMagna

Puerto Nuevo is a beautiful area on the Pacific Ocean and Villamagna only magnifies this beauty. This condominium has heated pools, a beautiful beach, snack shack and outstanding sunsets! We were lucky enough to spend the month of February here and loved every moment. It is within walking distance to grocery shopping, many restaurants and a fun little beach restaurant, five minutes up the beach. For larger shops it is a quick taxi ride to Walmart or the Mega. The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures, with very comfortable beds, new appliances and nice balcony area. The hosts were very communicative from the moment we booked and even reached out just before our departure. Our property manager seemed a little rushed when we checked in, but we learned how to access things through other renters, aka how to get water delivered. All in all it was a wonderful place to spend the month and we would definitely return.

Another Great Stay!

This is our second time renting this condo because it's perfect for our family of 4. The condo is clean and is pretty spacious. Check-in with Ivan is so easy- he's very communicative and also a sweet guy. Kitchen is well-stocked so easy to do meals when you don't want to go out. The location is great inside Villa Magna resort. The pool is large and very easy access to the beach- which is gorgeous. There is a snack bar available to non all-inclusive guests that has good food and drinks at great prices. There is a grocery store not too far away that has everything you need. There's also a Walmart a quick cab ride away. There are a number of restaurants you can walk to and more that you can take a cab to. Again- this is our second time renting this condo. We go with a group of friends and their families and we all rent in Villa Magna. We are already planning our 2024 trip and will rent this condo again.

Villa Magna once again delivers great vacation

Villa Magna is a great place for family vacation. The resort always has something for the kids to do. The beach is great for boogie boarding and lots of good restaurants near by. The condo we stayed in was clean, had new appliances and lots of dishware which is a plus when traveling with family. The owners checked in with us, which I thought was a nice touch. Check in was super easy and Victor even helped with our luggage.. I recommend this place with two thumbs up!

Very Nice Condo

This is a very nice condo, we really enjoyed our stay! The pool was lovely and they have a nice little snack bar, also a good location. The condo is clean, and well equipped. My only feedback out be to give some love to the 3rd bedroom. A side table next to the bed, a small shelf in the bathroom and a luggage stand would really help make the room more comfortable. There was no where to put toiletries in the bathroom, so I was juggling my make up bags from the back of the toilet to the sink to the toilet seat. Also, the controller for the AC in the smallest bedroom didn't work, which was a bit inconvenient.

Perfect Spot for Family Vacation!

We stayed here for Spring Break 2019 with our two boys ages 13 and 9, and it was a great experience. The condo looks exactly like it does in the pics- and it was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect- steps to pool and beach and great view of ocean and sunset from the spacious balcony. The condo is very well-equipped- you really don't need to bring anything. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The check-in and check-out process was so easy- Ivan was great! We had absolutely no problems or issues. There is a grocery store about a mile away and a Walmart that's a cab ride away. We got breakfast food, snacks and beer to keep in the condo. We went out to dinner every night- there are great restaurants that are a short cab ride away. The guys at the security gate were very helpful in finding us cabs. You can do day passes for the all-inclusive, but I wouldn't recommend it. There is a snack bar right next to one of the pools that is not part of the all-inclusive. We got snacks, lunches and drinks there almost every day- very inexpensive! There's also a little breakfast/lunch place just down the beach. It was nice to explore and not be stuck eating at a handful of restaurants in the all-inclusive. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and I would say this one is at the top of my list!

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo Jan 2019. Grounds are beautifully kept. Pools and hot tub were very enjoyable. Condo has everything you could need in kitchen. Bathrooms spacious. Balcony view is beautiful. Photos in listing accurately reflect the beauty and condition of condo. Very smooth check in process. Owner called shortly after check in to make sure we had everything needed. Location is central to most anywhere you would want to go. Definitely would recommend!!!
