De hottub was lekker warm alleen had ik niet duidelijk van te voren begrepen dat dit niet elektrisch

De hottub was lekker warm alleen had ik niet duidelijk van te voren begrepen dat dit niet elektrisch was en dat we dus nog hout aanmaak blokjes en een aansteker moesten kopen om te stoken. Jammer ook dat de kachel die erbij was niet schoon was en ik deze zelf leeg moest halen. En ook het bad zelf had wel gereinigd mogen worden. Het personeel reageert adequaat op onze vragen en opmerkingen dat is fijn. Soms duurde het wel lang maar de "schuld" daarvoor ligt buiten jullie om waarschijnlijk. Daarmee bedoel ik een kapotte schuifdeur bij aankomst.
