I should begin by saying our family enjoyed our 10 night stay and felt we received good service and value for our money.Accuracy of description: The biggest positive for our family of 5 were bed sizes and number of bedrooms. Absolute positive and hard to find. The price for this value was also excellent for being reasonably close to central London. Check in process: straightforward, didn’t have to set up an in-person meeting with anyone.Communication with property manager: receives highest marks. Both before and during stay we had multiple exchanges; owner always responded quickly to questions or issues that arose. 5 stars!Cleanliness of property: inside was cleaned well; outside suffers just a bit from debris and the neighborhood (right across from the stadium). The upstairs shower is fine but is challenging to keep the floor dry when the shower is running. There may be a bit of water or moisture seepage into the flooring next to the kitchen sink area as well.Location and neighborhood: neutral, depends on what you want. Positive side: city transit to central London 45-60 minutes on average, grocery and stadium across the street, reasonable eating options in neighborhood. Less positive: street is quite noisy; walking with kids from train station at night is ok from Norwood junction, a little uncomfortable from Thornton Heath. The house itself feels safe however. Might not be ideal if all your kids are under 10. Perfect if you’re a group of young adults.

Was not good at all
Unfortunately, those pictures are not what you get out. The front of the property was disgusting. The back of the property was worse than disgusting on the left and the right side. You had two beautiful backyards and then it was this backyard stove the air fryer microwave disgusting the shower rod fell on my head. I had to use a pot to wash myself because the water pressure is terrible. We got locked in the locks there’s no instruction manual to tell us what to do with anything. The Wi-Fi password was old so we didn’t have no idea if it’s just for our first time in London I contact the Vrbo. I was trying to get some money back. We had to eat out every day breakfast lunch, and dinner because the pots were so disgusting. I have pictures we spent so much unnecessary money. We should’ve just stayed in a hotel. There’s a small bathroom in the kitchen. Can you imagine cooking and someone using the toilet well we had to leave the door open because it’s so small There was no washcloths. We had to go by that I would’ve liked to have left a better review, the furniture is old and got stains on it when I sent the pictures to Vrbo they suggested I contact the owner to get some money back like he’s really gonna give me some money back. I’m really considering not using Vrbo anymore because there’s no security for the buyers you see a picture you see these reviews that and you purchase the property and then you get there and it’s not what you saw online and then there’s no support

We had attempted to assist yhe guests from hour zero. Initally unable to use the esafe then claimed did not know how to swtich the heating on or the fridge etc. Each time the guests claimed there was a issue we immediately went and showed them how to use the items and where the switches were. Unfortunately the guests damaged the shower rail and i did not even charge for a replacement as they were elderly ladies. And even went out of my way to show them where the railway station was in my car. Showed how to use the thermostat and everything else. The house was immaculate inside and currently the back garden needs a trim and we are working on it as couple of weeks it had been raining and could not get it sorted. The toilet downstairs is in the living room section of the house and is for emergency use as there is a toilet and bath upstairs.
The wifi is virginmedia 1gb this is one of the fastest in the country. The hub is by the living room television and is the default user name and password.
Since then i have installed two 43" smart Toshiba tvs in the upstairs kingsize rooms and in the small double bedroom upstairs 32" smart TLC television.
We are on other platforms as well as vrbo and we have had excellent reviews and are superhosts on some of them.

Apartamento bom, confortável. A localização, apesar de não ser no centro (já sabia disso) é bem acessível por trem (15 minutos para a estação London Bridge) Porém precisa corrigir problema na vedação do banheiro, pois vaza muito. Impossível tomar banho sem molhar. Também precisa melhorar o jardim, o aspecto estava muito feio
