This oceanfront home is in an ideal location to enjoy the beauty of Pacific Grove and the Monterey Bay area. The Panoramic views are breathtaking and you fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves splashing on the rocks. It is such a beautiful spot that many weddings take place right across the street at Berwick Park. From the living room window you can see Pacific Grove Beach and historic Lover's Point in one direction; and the coastline of Monterey Bay, in the other direction, with lots of blue water in between!

This location is just 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to Historic Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, outlets, all varieties of great restaurants and shops. If you keep going a bit further you will be at Fisherman's Wharf for more excellent food.

This is the perfect place to relax, walk along the beach and breath the fresh ocean air. You will definitely see otters, sea lions and if you are lucky a few playful whales.

There is a full kitchen and all the conveniences of home, so kick back and enjoy!

Pacific Grove

My stay at Pacific Grove was great. I wanted to be close to family in the area. The location gave me access to all the main roads/highway (CA1).I was close to 2 grocery stores and across the street from the ocean. I walked the path along the ocean daily. My parking was great, right under the building!Great stay!

great stay

Unit was excellent, terrific views in all directions. Nicely furnished with everything necessary for extended stay. Would certainly book again. Wish I could stay longer. Pacific Grove is a true delight.

Great apartment!

The apartment was as described. Great view of the bay. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable. We loved staying there. Pacific Grove is beautiful, and being across the street from the bay was perfect. It is easily walkable to the Cannery, and the downtown area of Pacific Grove is wonderful! We plan to go back!! Two notes: 1--The convertible sofa is a large double recliner. Very comfortable, but don't expect a sleeper. 2--Traffic on the street below can be pretty loud...especially the garbage truck. Geri was a fabulous host!!

It's all about the location

The location of this property is amazing. Just a short walk to Cannery Row and ocean views - gorgeous! We forwarned that there are a lot of steps up to the condo so if that worries you, perhaps look somewhere else. There is a parking space provided in the back but the incline is steep (and scratched the bottom of my car pretty badly when backing out) so I suggest parking on the street. We could always get a spot right in front - easy peasy. The condo itself is well appointed with most anything you'd need amenity-wise. The living room was a bit small (four was definitely the max that could sit in there) and the dining room table was too big for the space (we had to climb over a chair to be able to sit) but the furnishing were certainly of high quality. It does tend to get stuffy in the condo even when it's cold out so we'd open the windows but the bugs would make themselves at home too. It would be awesome if one of each of the side windows had a screen in it so the bugs wouldn't all come in. I do think the cleaning crew could have done a better job. There were several hairs on the wall in the bathroom, a few small pieces of broken glass on the bedroom carpet, dead batteries in most of the battery operated candles, and dead bug marks on the walls. A little more time spent could help in this regard. It wouldn't stop us from staying here again though. Lastly, the clothes dryer wasn't working but we didn't find this out until after putting in two loads of wash (we though the first one was in the process of drying). While we understood that the owner couldn't do anything about it we did have to go home with two bags of wet clothes. The owner apologized initially but offered nothing for the inconvenience. When I asked for a small refund since I had to go home and do laundry right away, she said she didn't think she needed to do anything because we were only there two days. While I understand this - it was a listed amenity and an inconvenience (and when she was called about it initially she did say that the dryer had been acting up so she was getting a new one - but I wish we had been told this before we tried to do the wash). In the end, she credited us $25 - but not after accusing us in a curt email of throwing her condiments and food in the freezer away. We assured her that there had been nothing in the fridge/freezer and that we had thrown nothing away but the curt email without asking us politely at first was not welcomed.

Amazing view! Great location!

This lovely waterfront two bedroom/two bath condo was absolutely perfect for our month-long visit to Pacific Grove. The views are stunning and the accessibility to the walking/activity path by the ocean is so convenient. The condo is very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and full linens. Geri was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to anything that needed to be addressed. Would love to stay again!

Spectacular view and perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is updated and comfortable. The location is ideal to enjoy the Monterey Peninsula. Carmel, Big Sur, Monterey and of course, Pacific Grove. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace overlooking Monterey Bay and the spectacular views from the living room. We found parking out front to be the most convenient. Thank you to our host, Geri, for a wonderful visit!

Very nice ocean front condo

Situated about half way between Lovers Point and Cannery Row, this condo couldn't be in a more convenient location, especially if you prefer to walk when in Monterey. The unit itself was very spacious and cozy for my wife and myself. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the condo had more than enough towels and other linens. The view of the bay from the front porch was both magnificent and very peaceful. We enjoyed both starting our day sitting out there with our coffee and ending our day in front of the fire pit with a glass of wine. The owner was very proactive in making sure any questions we had were answered promptly and very responsive when we contacted her. I highly recommend you give this property a try next time you are in Monterey.

Great stay in Pacific Grove

The listing was as shown. The location could not be beat. The owner Geri was considerate with her instructions, and everything we needed was provided. We drove an suv and parking was easy and plentiful. Overall the building and neighborhood were very quiet, and I felt very safe. Note that you do get a bit of road noise when the windows are open. If you are sensitive sleeper, be aware that for June, it did get a little stuffy without the AC, but it was not unbearable. The beds themselves were very comfortable. Some of the windows were tricky without the cranks, but we got used to opening them with the help of a towel. Our favorite feature was the location. Every day, we hopped across the street to walk along coastal trail. We saw otters often, and saw a humpback one day. Our second favorite feature was the aquarium passes that were provided with the rental. This was a huge savings for our family. Thank you Geri for sharing this place with us. It was a trip of a lifetime.

Location and Views can’t be beat

Perfect for 2 couples; easy walking distance to restaurants, aquarium and shops Covered parking only but plenty of street parking. Views were just spectacular Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Ideal location

My husband and I stayed at this condo (393B Oceanview Blvd.) for a week in May. The condo itself was impeccable, but some of the photos on the Vrbo website appear to be of another condo in the same building. Since it was just the two of us, we had plenty of room, and we each had our own bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped and user-friendly. The washer and dryer (hiding in the second bedroom closet) were easy to use and efficient. The living room is comfortable and has a fantastic view of the bay. The outdoor area is very nice and also has the fantastic view. The master bedroom was fairly spacious with lots of closet/drawer space. The bathrooms are smallish, but again, since we each had our own, they were certainly adequate. I do think that the condo would be a little too small for four people, especially for four adults. I did get a little warm at night, and opening the windows was tricky at best. Despite the fact that the condo is on Oceanview Blvd., it is incredibly peaceful. I didn't notice any street noise inside the condo. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and pretty much all over Pacific Grove. We did drive to the Safeway and the Pacific Grove Bottle Shop, both on Forest Ave. The condo is just across the street from the Monterey Coastal Trail which is just spectacular.. The two aquarium passes were quite a bonus, as adult admission to the aquarium is $50. We ended up going twice because we missed the otter feeding the first time. It was worth the second trip. From Pacific Grove, Carmel and 17-mile drive are easily accessible by car. We ventured farther afield to Hearst Castle in San Simeon; it was a long day, but it was well worth the views from Highway 1 down the coast. We'd definitely recommend this condo. The only negative thing that I can say about it is that there is no outdoor lighting in back where we parked. We had to leave before dawn, and it was quite tricky navigating the back steps to the car.

Great stay!

Our group of 4 friends stayed here for the weekend to participate in a cycling event. The location is absolutely perfect. The views are incredible. It's just across the street from the cycling/walking path that sits next to the Bay. I don't know the length but the path will take you farther into Pacific Grove or into Monterey. Maybe a few miles long? The patio is fantastic with 4 really comfortable glider chairs and a fire pit. We were able to watch and listen to the ocean and watch otters in the surf from the patio. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need to make almost any kind of meal. One of the most well stocked kitchens I've ever seen in a vacation rental. In addition to every kind of dish, pan, and utensil there are tons of spices, sugar, oil, coffee filters, etc. The only thing missing was some sort of spray cleaner for the counters. Also, Geri was very responsive, easy to work with, and gave us a late check out with very little notice. We appreciated her flexibility!

Beautiful home and location!

We truly had a great time during our 10 day stay. The condo was clean, has a well appointed kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. Easy walk to Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and downtown Pacific Grove. I walked the path along the ocean out front of the condo daily. What a beautiful view! There are some wonderful places to eat in downtown Monterey, which is about a 10 minute drive. Geri is quick to respond to questions, which was greatly appreciated. We are already planning a return next year. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Location couldnt be better. Ten min walk to cannery row and beautiful views of the ocean.

We had four people for a few days then just two of us for remander of trip. Living room and kitchen little tight for four people. Other condos occupied for few days here and there but noise was never a problem. Loved the convience of location. Walked to cannery row and shops and restaurants on lighthouse.

As you face the ocean from the living room window you have Pacific Grove town to the left and Aquarium and Cannery Row to the right both 10 minute walks. Stunningly Pacific Grove coastline right at your door. Well appointed appartment cozy and welcoming.
