This summer house can accommodate up to 20 people and has 8 bedrooms and 4 sleeping places in the loft, which is always popular with the children and young people in the family. The vacation home is located at Houstrup Beach on the West Coast and is full of activities. For example, you can play a game of pool or compete against each other in table tennis, air hockey, or table soccer. In the activity room, you will also find a dart game and a PlayStation 4. Cold drinks can be served from the bar in the corner. If you are more into wellness and relaxation, don't worry – there is both a luxurious bubbling hot tub and a warm sauna where you can relax after a swim in the 20 m2 indoor swimming pool. The pool has Roman steps for easy entry and exit, a water slide, and a counter-current system. The large kitchen/family room has enough space for everyone to enjoy baking cakes, playing games, or watching a movie together. The kitchen is equipped to make cooking for many people easier, with two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, and plenty of refrigerator/freezer space. The living room also has a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on chilly days. The cottage's eight bedrooms are divided into three different sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. This is ideal for several families vacationing together but who want a little peace and privacy. Outdoors, there is plenty of space and facilities for fun and games. The garden has a trampoline, swing set, and sandbox, while the lawn is perfect for playing ball and romping around. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, making it ideal for a cozy barbecue evening outdoors. Houstrup is known for its lovely, wide sandy beach with a beautiful dune landscape. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and is therefore an obvious destination for an outing. In the summer, you can relax in the sun, but even on cooler days, the beach is perfect for water sports and activities, if that's your thing. Not far from the house, you will find shopping and restaurants. Blåbjerg Klitplantage is a beautiful place to go for a walk or mountain bike ride. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
