Villa Berg II - Pool, Game Room, Trampoline

This beautiful villa is located in a quiet area of ​​Valbandon, a coastal village in southwestern Istria.

It offers countless opportunities to spend quality time in the garden or inside the house for the guests.

Spacious garden is the epitome of elegance, with its swimming pool, sun terrace and lounge area next to the pool.

During a break from swimming in the pool, guests can use the table tennis and trampoline in the garden.



Konoba, a room specific to the Istrian region, is located on the ground floor of the house.

The purpose of konoba is gathering of all household members in a relaxed mood, with the possibility of cooking delicacies in a fully equipped kitchen. Foosball is also available to the guests.

A kitchenette and a small living room with a TV are located on the ground floor too. Three beautifully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms and free toiletries, air conditioning and TV are also located on the ground floor.

Upper floor also consists of three lovely bedrooms (private bathrooms, TV's and AC units), a kitchenette and a balcony.



Guests pay a damage deposit of 300 EUR upon arrival, and the hosts will refund it on the check out, provided that everything is in order.

Youth groups are allowed but pay a damage deposit of 900 EUR.



Area description and nearby activities:



The house is located in a small, peaceful street In Valbandon, surrounded by nature. Free private parking is provided on site, but everything you need is within walking distance.

Nearest restaurant is Alla Beccaccia (200 m), and grocery store Konzum is in 500 m range.

Valbandon Beach is 2 km away from the property, so is the Hidrobaza beach.



Fazana is a nearest town. It is a smaller place, known for its lovely architecture and a beach which is very suitable for children because of its shallow water.

Fazana used to be a fisherman's place, but now is a very popular destination for travellers. Several local parties are organized during the summer, such as "Zvizde, svice i ferali".

There are many places to visit in Fazana and its surroundings, but the closest attraction is National Park Brijuni. You can visit it by taking a boat from Fazana to the Park.
