Welcome to GAL – Vista Mar.
It is a charming apartment located just 15 minutes from the historic center of Lisbon and 10 minutes from the stunning beaches of Costa da Caparica. Whether for a tourist visit to the Portuguese capital or for a relaxing getaway with family and friends, it is the perfect place to welcome them.
The space
The apartment has two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Our space has a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room and an enclosed balcony with stunning views.

It has been carefully decorated and equipped to provide maximum comfort during your stay. With large and bright spaces, you will find a welcoming and relaxing environment to feel at home. Additionally, our balcony is a peaceful haven where you can enjoy meals or simply relax with a book.
Guest access
Our location is excellent, with easy access to public transport that will take you to the center of Lisbon in just 15 minutes. You will have the opportunity to explore Europe's second oldest capital and discover its fascinating secrets. If you prefer, you can choose to stay on the south bank of the Tagus River, where in just 15 minutes you can enjoy the extensive beaches of Costa da Caparica, which offer a variety of activities and fun. You can also venture a little further and visit stunning beaches like Portinho da Arrábida or Ribeira do Cavalo in Sesimbra, which are around 45 minutes away.

Local attractions close to our accommodation include the National Sanctuary of Christ the King (5 minutes), Jardim do Rio (7 minutes) and Jardim do Castelo (3 minutes), among others.

The area where the apartment is located is quiet and has a great range of shops and services. Within a short 5-minute walk, you will find transport services, restaurants with takeaway options, supermarkets, mini markets, municipal market, ironing service, pharmacies and health center, as well as a variety of shops.

Inside the room have a double bed, and a sofa bed for a person in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all the utensils you need for your holiday. It also has a full toilet. Throughout the area have free wireless internet (wireless).

PORTUGUESE WINES:
- The wine prices are displayed in the kitchen.
- We will charge for wines consumed in person or by deducting the amount of the deposit fee.

1. Late Check-in (until 24h and after 24h):
- 45€ until midnight
- 65€ after 24h
2. Security deposit: 250€
3. Door opening (loss of keys)
• Prices weekdays:

- 60€ until 24h
- 120€ after 24h.
• On weekends and holidays adds 20€.
• Cost of specialized technical intervention, in addition to the values presented.
4. Need to make new keys: 25€.
5. Travel to aid in the handling of appliances (when not justified):
- 40€ until 20h
- 60€ until 24h
- 120€ after 24h.
• On weekends and holidays adds 20€.
6. Missing or damaged articles after the stay is charged (security deposit).
7. Late check out (unauthorized, or previously agreed): 70€ after 11am.
