Unit 722 at Cinnamon Beach is newly remodeled from ceiling to floors with no expense spared. You’ll find custom granite, and custom cabinetry throughout the entire residence, truly making this coastal gem unique.

Step through the front door and you are immediately greeted with the amazing views of Direct Oceanfront living.

Brand new living room furniture complete with a 50" HDTV is perfect for unwinding after a long day of surf, sand, or lounging by the pools. The King Master Suite offers brand new flooring, a brand-new plush mattress, and a deluxe bath. This master features a private slider out to the balcony for watching sun rises or sea life at play. If your timing is right, you may even spot the right whale passing.

The Queen Bedroom has brand new floors, built-in storage cabinets and a full bath right across the hall. The 3rd Bedroom offers two new twin beds for extended family and friends. All bedrooms have HD Flat Screen TVs for entertaining.

Your private balcony is truly paradise as you are eye level with the beach and majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean! Just a few steps and you are on the sand soaking in the sun.

The condo has Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Boogie Board and Beach Toys to enjoy during your stay. As well as a Pack 'n Play for the youngest guests!

Cinnamon Beach 722 also provides a Keurig and drip coffee maker.


Family-friendly and impeccably maintained, Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, has activities for everyone in your party. In addition to the oceanside pool, there is a second, heated pool with a zero-impact slope.

Amenities continue with a kiddie pool and playground equipment, keeping even the littlest ones entertained. A heated Jacuzzi spa and fitness center are also available for use. Older children and teens love the game rooms in our clubhouse, offering foosball, billiards, and more.

Kitchen appropriately equipped, bedrooms has extra pillows and blankets, adequate amount of bath towels including beach towels. Includes umbrellas, some chairs and boogie boards for the kids. I would definitely book this unit again.

Lovely week at the beach

Beautiful condo, well equipped kitchen, clean, and beautiful beach. We enjoyed time searching for shells, relaxing, and watching for wildlife. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit was wonderful. It's on the first floor above the parking which makes taking the stairs easy even though it had a working elevator. The community pools and facilities were beautiful as well. Do pay attention to the tides if you plan to take advantage of the ocean for swimming, boogie boarding, etc, as high tide hides some large rocks (which a quite pretty when exposed at lower tides). The Cinnamon color sands are quite unique.

Ocean hammock

Unit 722 was clean and well stocked. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Looking forward to staying here again.

Spacious and Beautiful

The condo was very spacious. We had an excellent view of the ocean. The condo was conveniently located to the crossover to the beach. IT was also close to Publix and several restaurants.

Great stay!

Perfect location with great view and easy walk to the beach. Pictures were perfect and gave an accurate description. In unit instructions and starter supplies exceeded expectations.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place and location to recharge for a few days after a pretty crazy year. The condo was in amazing shape and it was as close to the ocean as you can get in the area. When we come back for another getaway, we will try and book the same place.

birthday celebration / spring break

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed, and it was beautifully decorated. The only drawback was the large, sharp rocks in the water. The kids wanted to body surf in the water, but they would land on the rocks. My grandson cut his foot ( luckily not too badly).

Beautiful property

Our overall impression was fabulous! We loved the condo and the entire property! It is a family friendly environment where everyone was respectful of the property rules. I really appreciate that!!! It is close enough to larger cities for other adventures the property doesn't offer. The condo was very clean but the balcony was pretty dirty...sliding glass doors needed cleaning, the tracks were pretty filthy and the floor needed to be washed down. Other than that, this was absolutely perfect and we look forward to returning! Thank you so very much!!

Beautiful area

The condo was nice. Needs some updating, but was nice. Shower head has black mold all over nozzles, light under microwave didn't work, coffee or something down one wall on the kitchen, burned out light in kitchen, fridge filter expired--didn't want to use ice or water after seeing the light on the the fridge. Neighbors were super loud--with motorcycles and unfortunately--smokers. We couldn't even enjoy the deck.

Fantastic Location & Family-Friendly Touches – Some Room for Improvement

We had a really enjoyable stay overall! The check-in process was thorough and easy, and we appreciated the detailed pre-arrival guide. As first-timers to Cinnamon Beach, the local tips were super helpful for planning a relaxing and fun week.The condo itself is in a prime location—just steps from the beach access, stairs, and elevators. It was well-stocked with plenty of essentials: towels, linens, dishes, and even thoughtful extras like spices, board games, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Those little touches really enhanced our family time.However, there were a few things that kept it from being a five-star experience. The biggest drawback for us was the mattresses—unfortunately, everyone in our group found them uncomfortable, and it impacted our sleep throughout the week.Cleanliness was okay, but not quite where it could be. We found mildew around the bathroom sink faucet and drain that we wiped off ourselves, the Keurig needed descaling, and there was old soap residue in the dishwasher. Also, while the listing mentioned starter items like detergent and dish soap, we were missing laundry detergent—which we needed for checkout.Communication was mostly fine, but a question we sent during our stay took nearly 12 hours to get a response. Not a huge issue, but a quicker reply would’ve been appreciated.That said, the overall value and location were great, and the condo had a lot of family-friendly perks. With a few improvements it could easily be 5 stars.
