Pretty much the accommodations were great. Clean etc.views wete amazing Would love to come again in spring or summer .we happened to hit a cold snap. But still enjoyed. It worked out great for our 50th wedding anniversary get together.

Smoke alarm need attention was beeping allNight first night. Elevator malfunctioned over the weekend. The house was not worth the daily rate.Sheets in one room were not changed.The garbage was never picked up. The garbage cans were fullWhen we checked in. Incredible beachfront home

An incredible home. 100% would stay here again. Great fit for multiple families looking to stay in the same home. The master suite on the top floor has the most amazing views.

The location was amazing! The kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous. The attention to detail was severely lacking. I have never owned a vacation rental property and can only imagine the wear and tear this must result in. However when I rent I expect a reasonable level of care and cleanliness and unfortunately this place fell short of that.

Great house in a nice community!

The house was very nice and was great for accommodating 6 couples more than comfortably. Would recommend this for larger groups or families since there is a lot of room and in a great community. The ocean views were also amazing.

Family beach vacation

The house is beautiful and well-equipped. Our entire family, adults and children, enjoyed- the wonderful house, the great location on the beach, and the fantastic pools at the nearby clubhouse. The only thing that was not great was the window coverings on the large sliding glass doors in the large Master bedroom suite. Those do not close all across the glass doors to block early morning sun coming in, and that should be fixed or replaced. Overall, the house is great! And we would like to return and stay there again sometime!

Beachfront Mega Home - Poseidon

Family reunion with my wife and I , my parents , 3 daughters and husbands with 5 grandkids. The beautiful home was awesome it was a great place for our family. The VRBO pictures looked great but you really don’t know to you see it with your own eyes, it was more a wonderful beach getaway. Two great community pools we used everyday. Zero entry pool for the grandkids was amazing and an adult pool on the beach side too. We would definitely go back again. A lot of money to some but it was worth it ! Do it again beach house! Communication with host/owner was great!

Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay this past week! The home was large enough to fit 8 children and 6 adults - could have held more if needed! The kids enjoyed the game room, the pool at the club house, and exploring the beach! It was a great vacation and we could not have asked for more!

Great summer vacation

Everyone enjoyed their stay. There was plenty of room for 13 adults to sleep comfortably. The bunkbed room was great for our younger people. The view was incredible. Had two light shows with the bad storms that came through at night. The only downside was the heat. The younger people didn’t seem to mind because they were either at the beach or the community pool. All in all we had a great trip.

Terrific view and very close to community pools. Enjoyed spending time on the beach utilizing the beach chairs available for our use. Owner did a great job of communicating with us. House is very roomy but accommodations need some attention. The family room and counter chairs show their wear and overall cleanliness could be improved.

Our overall stay was wonderful! Upon our arrival, the keypad for the garage, was inoperable; only to find out the battery was dead. Solution: make sure the keypad is fully charged. (2) The porches on all levels were not cleaned. Solution: Clear the porch of all debris and unwanted trash. Make sure the cushions are clean. (3) A few “bugs” were found throughout several rooms. Solution: Hire an exterminator. (4) check TVs in all rooms to ensure they work properly.Other than these few things, this house has the perfect view for the perfect family! Can’t wait to visit again!

Great family vacation!

Our entire family had a blast on this trip. The house had everything we needed. Huge open kitchen and living room was PERFECT for family hang outs. The layout is great. Ample parking if you’re going to have several cars. We had 6 and everyone was able to park. Easy walk down to the beach. Several patios for lounging. Game room was cool, too. Would rent it again if we go back to Palm Coast.

Great location, beautiful home

We loved our stay at Poseidon. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The kitchen is amazing. Bedrooms are spacious. Patio got nice breezes whether the wind was out of the east or the west. The walk to the pools was quick as well. Not many downsides to this house aside from the massive stairs and one bedroom over the garage that has no windows (emergency egress?). There is an elevator which made the stairs less an issue: when we needed to carry groceries in we could just put them on the elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house in a great location

This house is as advertised and was a great space for our family of 12. Highlights of the house are the large kitchen and the incredible master suite on the top floor. The access to the beach / ocean and the community swimming pools are also huge plusses. There were a few negatives to the house that could be easily remedied by the owners. Toilet paper holders and towel racks were missing throughout the house. They had clearly fallen off and not been replaced as there were holes in the walls. There were also many closet doors that did not open.All in all this was a good rental home for our vacation and we enjoyed the house and location.

The Poseiden is beautiful. Our family and friends enjoyed the home and its amenities after a day at the races. The view from the 3rd and 4th floors is amazing. We watched the dolphins pass by every day and you'd think we'd never seen one before! The master shower took a little getting used to but after realizing no one can really see you (we ran a little test!) was pretty cool. Cinnamon beach is great for shell hunters too. The owner, Mark and his team were great and quick to respond when the bbq wouldn't work and delivered a new bbq early the next morning. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a view!

We stayed at POSEIDON in late September and this home was absolutely stunning and spacious the layout was perfect for our group. The pictures donot do the home justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed preparing meals in the gorgeous kitchen was well equipped with plenty of seating. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The 4th level Master Suite was amazing with a sitting area in the room in front of awall of windows again views for miles with a private porch off the master. And the shower was amazing with views across the atlantic while enjoying the rain faucet above our head. The kids enjoyed the game room in the lower level of the house and the kids water park was just few yards from the house Cinnamon Beach was breathtaking. We travelled just 20 minutes north to St Augustine and had a day enjoying the sights and some great food. 30 minutes south is Daytona Beach. We look forward to visiting POSEIDON again and Cinnamon Beach

Beautiful location. Owner not responsive

Beautiful house in need of maintenance. One bed broken. Took 4 days to fix. Person slept on mattress on the floor. Another bed child sized. Owner knew we were 14 adults. Didn’t provide air mattress or any accommodation, person slept on the couch in room with no shades. Broken towel racks and toilet paper holders. We had to buy dishwasher soap, trash bags. Broken beach umbrellas and chairs. Unable to play golf at Hammock Beahc club because no membership.

Fantastic Family Reunion

For our 50th Wedding Anniversary we invited our children, their spouses and grandchildren to join us for a week at the Poseidon on Cinnamon Beach. We had 16 all together in one house, 8 adults, and 8 grandchildren ranging from 16 years to 16 months and there was plenty of room. The house is amazingly sound proof! On the main level we appreciated the large kitchen, spacious great room and dining room where everyone chose to gather and hang out and it never seemed crowded. The dining room table became our evening game table that abounded with laughter. The views of the ocean from the house were amazing. And access to the boardwalk to the ocean was just steps away. The community family pool was only a short walk away from the house, was clean and delightful. The pool was greatly appreciated as there was a rough ocean the week we were there. Mark was great in communication all through the year that we were planning our visit. Since we left the Poseidon everyone in our family is ready to return! Our family now has another week filled with wonderful memories!

Flagler Beach Family Home

First there were no elevator instructions with the written check in process, which turned into a stressful check in process. I would like to suggest written instructions before you use the elevators. Problems with the smart TV's. Took 3 days before someone got back to me with a solution. Communication with the property manager needs improvement. The neighborhood is breathtaking and also the view. What would make this propery pop is a private pool. The house needed some updating and too many bugs. The house is perfect for large groups, but we had a serires of small groups (family). A few maintenance items would go a long way. Such as checking for running toilets (we had to call a plummer), light bulbs that were burnt out and towel racks that are loose on the wall. The kitchen is amazing and if you are a cook, you would enjoy all that it had to offer. The views are amazing. I would recommend this home after some handyman work and bug spray. Nothing like a home on the beach and memories that we will never forget.

Could Have Been Better

The property is well laid out and comfortable for our group ranging from 4 yr. old to 81 yrs. old. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was good size with ample room. However, garbage disposal did not operate. The host informed us a plumber would be here Monday which was our day to checkout. One in our group worked on the issue and after spending some time found the drain was clogged. He corrected this issue. This clog was there before we arrived. My greatest disappointment was the over-all cleanliness of the property many soiled fabric chairs, in addition to stained carpets and area rugs. I was greeted with 2 dead roaches as I entered the home. During our last night I killed a roach while we sat at the table on the 3rd floor. Needless to say, the children and some adults became leery of putting their feet on the floor. For the price of this home it is not too much to expect everything to be in working order, and not have soiled fabric furniture and carpet. Someone responsible needs to oversee quality assurance for the next guests and I suggest that the inspection list be left for the next guests to view. The listing failed to mention large rocks along the shoreline some hidden by surf and sand. One of the younger children scraped his foot on these rocks. Instructions/labeling needs to be available to operate fans, TV's, washing machine. There was NO ice maker in the garage as described in the listing. We had to defrost the chest freezer before we could use it.

This house and the views are amazing! Very well equipped. Our only concern was the location of the 7th bedroom which is actually in the garage. We made it work but for future guests, be sure you look closely at the layout so you can plan sleeping arrangements accordingly. Thank goodness for the elevator, too! Overall this beach vacation in Palm Coast was everything we hoped for our family vacation with kids and grandkids!

Cinnamon Beach is unique in that A1A the major roadway that travels along the ocean in Florida, was placed to the west of the development. It is one of the few places in Florida where you can enjoy the ocean without the sound of traffic traveling along the beachfront. This particular development is meticulously maintained with miles of private uncrowded beachs.
