The house is situated on a residential street within one of Shkodër's most iconic neighborhoods. This neighborhood is renowned for housing the residences of some of the most prominent families in the city.
Within walking distance to the property, there are bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, main roads, and cultural monuments such as the Franciscan Church; G'juhadoli Street; Ebu Bekr Mosque; Town Hall; Kolë Idromeno Street; and much more.
