A spacious (1800 square feet), comfortable condominium right on the beach (Beach Palms), with wonderful views of the sunset, ocean, and beach. Includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, new washer/new dryer, dining room, very roomy and comfortable family room with SmartTV, a brand new eat-in kitchen with all new appliances (including new dishwasher, beverage fridge and ice maker), new cabinets,granite counter top, new tile flooring and new back splash, overlooking the heated pool and beach, two patios,there is a very spacious patio off of the family room and another private patio off the master bedroom with king-size bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet.
WI-FI. We have WI-FI throughout the whole condo.

Condo has all newer mattresses. Master bedroom has a wonderful king size bed with a private bathroom and roomy shower. There is also a full-size futon for additional guests. Master bedroom has a Smart TV. Every TV in the condo are Smart TVs. Second guest bedroom with two double beds and Smart TV. Third bedroom with two twin beds and a Smart TV. All rooms have brand new mattresses. Very clean!


Great views of the beach and ocean. Also, overlooking the pool. Families will love it, coming from a mother of four, my children are 14 through 24 year old.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season.

About one-half hour from Busch Gardens and one hour 15 minutes from Disney World. Fly in to Tampa and 20 miles to Indian Shores - Gulf Beaches!!!

Lovely condo with wonderful views, great pool and beach. Very well equipped kitchen with comfortable living and dining areas. Lots of games and beach equipment for the whole family. Spacious rooms, strong wifi, nice bathrooms. A wide variety of restaurants nearby. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a great week with family here. The condo is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. View from the deck is beautiful, and the beach chairs were perfect. Kitchen is very well equipped. We loved vacationing here and will be back!

Great condo!!

This is our 2nd time at Indian Shores. The condo was so nice! Amy the owner was amazing and prompt on getting back to us when we had a little hiccup with check in. Will definitely be back!!

Very comfortable stay

We had a very nice week at this condo. Everything matched the pictures, everything we needed worked well, and there were nice add-on’s that were important for us (beach chairs, beach towels, pack-n-play, high chair). Amy was also super responsive when I had some questions in advance. We really enjoyed the stay!

Even better than you’d expect!

This was my first stay at this unit, but have been renting each summer here for years. Wonderful place! First time there was more than enough seating, table settings, cookware for the amount of people that slept there. Great views, easy access to the beach & pool.

Girls trip!

What a great place for a girl's trip! Plenty of room. Great views and a great beach. Only downside is the key situation! It made it a bit difficult to do as you wanted because then others would be stranded!

Lovely unit - comfortable furniture!

We've stayed in several of the Beach Palms units and this is one of my favorites - large unit with plenty of room. Loved the furniture and bed in the primary bedroom, so comfortable! There were plenty of beach chairs (even a couple of new ones) and beach towels. Amy was easy to contact and checking in was a breeze.

Perfect spot

We love this place. Perfect for our family. The check-in process was very easy and simple. Amy was very attentive. The building is very secure. The condo is very spacious and accommodating. I love how it isn’t an Oceanside condo but still has a very nice ocean view from the balcony. Would definitely book this place again.

Perfect condo for a family!

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! We had two children - 18 months and 3.5 years old - and the amenities for children were so convenient! The unit is beautiful and the listing was extremely accurate. The kitchen was very well stocked and the property itself was very nice. The location is ideal - close to the bustle of Madeira Beach but it's quiet and the beach is beautiful! We would definitely book again in the future.

Family vacation March 16-23 2024

We were a family of 4 that stayed in this unit. Very spacious, great view of the ocean (and especially the sunset everyday), right in the beach! Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is that maybe the cleaning crew could deep clean the floors and feet are black due to dirt build up on laminate floors.

Wonderful vacation!

We stay in the area every year and by far, this is one of my favorite condos. It is spacious, updated, clean, and has amazing views. We loved sitting in the kitchen for breakfast! They had 2 strollers, several beach chairs, beach balls, boogie boards, board games, books, etc. My 4 kids loved their room with the bunk bed. The owner was responsive to all my questions. The beds were super comfortable and each room had its own TV. This was a dream vacation for us!

Awesome Beach Vaca

We loved being right on the Gulf beach! Even while being toward the back of the complex, the view Gulf and the soothing sounds of the waves we're both wonderful and relaxing. The unit was clean, spacious, well decorated, and provided everything we needed. The rental agency staff was very courteous and friendly. Both the agency and the owner checked on us and kept us posted as Helene approached to be sure we were safe and up to date on evacuation requirements. Annual family & Friends trip

This is our 5th year at beach palms and we were sorry to leave. Our unit was beautiful and spacious. This unit by far was the best one we’d stayed at. We like the 2 separate balconies. 1 is off the master bedroom and you can hear the waves of the ocean. Hopefully, we can stay at the unit again. We were quite pleased. FYI beds, kitchen are updated. Beds were comfy.

Great place!

The condo was perfect! The beds were comfy. The location was great. The only complaint we have is the air conditioner doesn’t work well. You are told to not drop it below 70 degrees or it will freeze up. We didn’t do that and it still seemed to freeze up. The beginning of the week it was chilly outside so it wasn’t an issue but towards the end of the week it warmed up and the condo was hot. It made getting ready to go out to dinner hot and challenging.

We just put in a new air conditioner a couple of years ago.. All it needed was Freon, if you would of let us know that could have been fixed right away. We came to stay at our condo right after you. We called our AC guy and he put Freon right away in and it worked perfectly. Thank you Amy

Fun week at a spacious place!

Our week was very comfortable at the condo. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean. The balcony overlooks the ocean/pool and the bay. Beautiful sunsets every night. The kitchen had lots of appliances. Keep in mind, there is nothing there such as spices, coffee filters, 1 extra trash bag, saran, foil, takeout containers, condiments, laundry detergent. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a wagon to carry it down to the beach, this was very helpful! The pool area was nice and cleaned every day. There was plenty of seating at the condo to enjoy either dinner inside or on the balcony. Don't forget your beach towels!

Wonderful beachfront vacation

This condo was really everything we hoped it would be. Clean and well stocked with full kitchen and every appliance you can think of including; waffle iron, electric skillet, blender, ice machine and beverage cooler. Tons of space and comfortable sitting areas and beds. Easy access to the pool and beach and no crowds the week we were there. The decks have a nice view of the pool & ocean and master bedroom had sliding door that I kept open all night to hear the waves. Storage closet had everything you can think of for beach toys, chairs, umbrella, towels and we even left behind 2 boogie boards we got at a great discount. We didn't really need A/C except one day to cool it off around noon, but otherwise we had the windows open and not much traffic noise. Parking was not an issue and the whole building was being repainted, a nice face-lift. Elevators are handy, although only the front one works without a key (like the rear). Took a few days to figure that out. Shopping carts on property to haul groceries was a plus! ** one of the coolest things was an elevator button in the condo near the front door which actually WORKED!! Very close to shopping by car, Winn-Dixie was 5 minutes away and Tampa just 40 minutes without traffic. The condo was well worth the money being right on the gulf and the beach was heavenly! It was really a fantastic week .

Hi, my name is Amy, a mother of 4, the ages 6 yrs to 15 yrs old. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, I flew into Tampa for 3 days and saw over 40 condos. I fell in love with this one!! The building is very well maintained and very clean. Our condo is very spacious. The pool is great for the kids, and there are always other families there also. I just love it, and hate to leave it when we had back to Chicago. I guarantee you will love it!!!!!

Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are great areas!! There are many activites: boat trips, pirate cruises, very good fishing, parks, the beaches are so clean, and your just about an hour to an hour in half to Walt Disney World. We always make a day trip and have a great time, and can't wait to get back to the beach. There are always dolphins out in the oceans!! So fun!!!
