Experience the Sunshine State at it's Best...Sugary, white sand & spectacular sunsets. (Welcome to a like new Property post Hurricane Helene and Milton related damage repairing to the building)

BEACH PALMS is located on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Shores about 15 minutes south of Clearwater Beach. The condo décor exudes a warm beachy feel, cozy, yet spacious and connected to the world via high speed Internet with 2 elevators for easy access. There is a Front Elevator (towards Gulf Blvd) that is accessible by the main door key and there is a Rear Elevator (towards the beach) that is accessible by the round key in the key chain from the parking lot. You do not need the key to go from the Condo to the parking lot. Please share your home state and city when reserving!

Beach Palms has a lovely white sand beach, a tropical pool area and your own reserved covered parking spot steps away from the main entrance. This Beachfront property has a great view of the gulf and the beach from the master bedroom and a tropical view from the balcony. You can fall asleep to the sound of waves from your master bedroom. Beach Palms has the property also monitored via Cameras for your safety!

New tiles throughout the condo installed with Granite Kitchen and Bathroom counter tops installed. Senior friendly upgrades where bathrooms are updated with walk-in shower and tall height toilets. Master bedroom has a King bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds.

The Spacious living room/kitchen/dining area is open concept. The kitchen is ready for any creation and there is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.

New High speed Internet router with wireless access. For your entertainment, there are 3 Flat panel TV's; Smart TV in the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom & Cable TV in Living room or enjoy a board game, cards or a good book from our collection. Condo has a Ring Camera for your safety!

Leave the beach toys at home, there is a closet that contains beach toys, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Everything is here to make your beach vacation as comfortable as possible, including towels and linens. Please bring your own beach towels.

While lounging by the heated pool, soak up YOUR share of that Florida sunshine with the sounds and sights of the gulf nearby. For January to March we normally go for monthly reservations.

Large cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach.

Enjoy delicious meals at local favorites such as Salt Rock Grill, Guppy's & The Pub. Shoppers can find their treasures at Tyrone Mall, Ellenton Outlet Mall, Marshall's, Ross, Beals. Just a few blocks away, is a wonderful park for the kids to play. Exit cleaning fee, Taxes and Refundable Damage deposit are identified in the booking website.

Home away from home

The property was exactly as advertised. Host provided clear instructions and useful information about local attractions and services during our stay. We enjoyed beautiful accommodations and covered designated parking space. Truly a great vacation.

Excellent Stay and Host

This is our 4th year staying at the beach condo. It is perfect for families. Easy to get into, elevator access, lovely beach and pool, plus we have always encountered nice people while staying there. Plenty of families and a walkable area. We love this place and will book again to return for our fifth year in 2025. Thanks again to the host and his family!

Great stay!

The condo was great and had everything we needed and more. Communications with the owner were very clear and in perfect timing with recieving info ahead of time so that there were no quetions or worries for those of us who like to have all the information. The property itself was a perfect location with being close to many things, but not in the hustle of the busy beaches. The sanctuary next door was a nice little experience in the middle of a long beach day. Appreciated the security of the property, but it does come with a hassle if you and your group prefer to go different ways. You need a key for the gate back to the beach and to enter into the elevators or stairwells. Again, appreciate the security, but it was difficult to coordinate at times unless we stayed together. The condo itself has the keyless lock with a code which was perfect. It would be great if the property used that on the stairwells and beach gate, but I do understand the desire for security and keeping out those who don't belong. It was a great stay!

Amazing time! Surprised our best friends at Beach Palms! Great condo and had everything we needed! Great response with Mr Patel. The beach and sunsets are amazing! Celebrated our 48th Wedding Anniversary on the Calypso Breeze sunset cruise! Untill next time!

You can hear the waves from the condo

We did have minimal waves but when the tide comes in at time it’s peaceful to listen too on the patio or if your in the master bedroom. Our host Nilay was amazing, checking in with us and very helpful with the check in process as it was a little confusing. An update on a few instructions would be great because there aren’t as many steps or codes needed now. The condo was clean, near the beach, nice and large and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to vacation!

Must say the stay was relaxing! Very clean and peaceful. Private beach that is well kept. Owner was very informative and understanding. Nice place to stay was perfect for my husband and I with 3 teen girls. Restaurant and shopping is just minutes down the road driving. Highly recommend 😊🌊🏝️

Not a safe family atmosphere over the 4th of July Holiday

I was very disappointed that I had not read any reviews to stay far away from the area of Beach Palms and Sand Dollar over the 4th of July Holiday, especially if you are traveling with younger children. The lack of respect the local teens and young adults have for the beach and the families that have come to spend a holiday at the beach is unacceptable. You could not go out to enjoy the beach area after 4:00 pm around the 4th of July. The local teens came in hundreds and gathered under and around the pier area of the Sand Dollar and were fighting and had no respect for anyone on the beach. Around 4:30 on the 3rd they were fighting and marching toward our area on the beach we had to grab our 6 year old granddaughter and run for the ocean to avoid them trampling on her and our stuff ( they were fighting). We could not enjoy the view of fireworks from the beach on the night of the 4th as the cops came in (about a dozen cars) and ran into the property to control the delinquent teens that were invading the Beach Palms property. An announcement was made to vacate the area immediately as the cops were called if you were not a Beach Palms guest. We did not feel safe at all and it was a big disappointment for my family to have to stay inside and miss the view of the fireworks around the Gulf coast from the beach. They partied most of the night shooting of fireworks till 3AM. The owner apologized to us and even rented a steel fence to try and keep them out - he is trying.

Great Place… Great Location

We had a fabulous time at this place. The beach was beautiful and the pool was awesome. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Close to some great restaurants and enjoyed our visit to the Bird Sanctuary. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Great place to relax at the beach

The condo was very clean and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach. An assortment of beach chairs and toys were available for use. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The beds and couch were all very comfortable for relaxing. The owner was very good at communication for any needs and about the check-in/out process.

We have a gulf view unit to catch the wonderful views of the beach, pool & palm trees. We love the convenience and beauty of being just steps away from the beach, especially with a family.
