Mill Creek Court Condos are located just 100 yards to Gondola One in Vail Village. You cannot be much closer to all the amenities in Vail Village than this. This two bedroom two bath suite features 895 square feet of living space on one level. The bedrooms each come with a queen size bed. There is also a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning. There is no elevator access to this unit. This unit has no parking.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Family ski vacation
Property was at an excellent location. Overall we loved it. Two negatives: No parking was an issue, an extra 60.00 per night in Vail garage was an added expense. No elevator and doing steps with groceries and ski boots another issue.

Most guest who stay at this property with the location right at Gondola One (100 yards) do not bring a vehicle. This is an older building and it is clearly stated that this is a walk up apartment. Glad you enjoyed your time.

Prime location
The condo is at the beginning of Vail Village about two blocks from the main gondola… If you like to ski it does not get more convenient than this location. Lee and his crew were very helpful working around our weather delays. As a builder and my wife as an interior decorator… The space planning of this little condo was perfect. Walk to great restaurants and bars. Super comfortable and I would stay here again for sure. Thanks for hooking us up Lee!

Conveniently located, comfortable vail village condo
Beds were very comfy. Place was super clean. Very convenient - walking distance to everywhere. Just be aware that the footboard on the beds jut out and are easy to bump into. Also it’s on top floor so a good amount of stairs to climb so pack lightly! Place was kid friendly. Even though it is right in town it was quiet in the rooms. Nice view of mountain from living room. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was covered, easy and convenient. It was a 5 star place for me and my needs but I can see how it might be a 4 star to others which is why I’m rating it that way.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. With the building being built in the late 60's there was no requirement for an elevator. The HOA has been looking at how to add one. Hope to see you again.

Get ready to climb a mountain
The lack of an elevator creates a very difficult and dangerous climb up the steps with bags and any ski equipment. Also the kitchen layout is not convenient, the sink and bar area is in the middle of the room. We had to place some of the towering chairs outside on the porch to provide enough room to walk into the family area.

Sorry you fell this way. The room size is adequate for almost everyone. There is no elevator, and it states that this is a walk up to the unit.

Had a great week in Vail.
The property was very convenient and well maintained.
The underfloor heating was adequate but the master bedroom and bathroom only got up to 67 by the end of the week.
Everything else was great.
