Ski In/Out Luxury Condo. Sleeps 4!

High-end finishes, tasteful furnishings, abundant amenities, and incredible ski-in/ski-out access make our condominium a great place to spend a vacation in the mountains. Literally a snowball’s throw from the lower Beaver Creek express chair lift, Beaver Creek Landing exemplifies true ski-in/out convenience.

A typical day at Beaver Creek Landing:

Wake up and enjoy coffee on the patio while watching skiers ride the chair lift. Cook breakfast in the gourmet kitchen, then throw on your gear and head down the stairs (or elevator) to the private ski locker. Slide into your boots, snap into your skis, and then ski 30 yards to the Beaver Creek express chairlift. If you need to get a ski pass or rentals, ticket offices and a rental shop are located on the property.

After your day on the mountain, ski home and relax in one of the hot tubs and recount the day’s events. If you’re really ambitious, swim laps in the heated pool or lift weights in the private gym.

In the evening, sit by the fireplace or enjoy the pool tables. If you’d like to go dinner, take Dial-a-Ride (a free Beaver Creek shuttle service) to the Ritz-Carlton or Beaver Creek Village. There is no need for you to ever drive your car during your stay!

Property damage protection fee of $99 is required in lieu of a deposit. $210 Cleaning Fee required.

Family ski trip

We had a great family ski trip to Beaver Creek which was anchored by our stay at this property. Check in was easy and the condo was fantastic and able to accommodate all of our needs. Hope to stay here again!

Very convenient, very clean !Perfect for family of 4.Owner (Liz) sent excellent instructions with lots of good local recommendations.They even had a bottle of wine and fresh flowers when we arrived.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and cozy and very convenient to veto the slopes either by skiing or bus. As mentioned, the 2nd bedroom is small and gets warm, but we used the portable fan and it worked very well. Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful Place!

Our 2nd time staying in this unit. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! We were greeted by fresh flowers, chocolates and wine and the one very small issue we encountered during our stay was swiftly taken care of. Just love this place!!

Excellent location

Everything was up to par and we especially liked the nice touch of flowers, wine, and extra waters. Everything met our expectations. Had a little issue with temperature fluctuations at night but outside of that, we had a great stay.

Perfect ski in/out property

Our 2nd time to stay here. Water bottles, wine, fresh flowers & chocolates were awaiting us upon our arrival. This is a true ski in/out property with a very accurate description of this listing. Liz is easy to work with and so welcoming. We always love our stay here. 😊

Stocked the frig with a case of bottled water, had a nice bottle of wine and fresh flowers in the condo upon our arrival. Nice touch! We had everything we needed for our stay and would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Condo with Ski In/Ski Out

Our family had an amazing vacation in Beaver Creek! The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds all within steps of the ski lift. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. We played pool and chest in the main lobby after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed the fireplace nightly and having the ski locker made it easy for us and the kids to hit the slopes. I highly recommend staying here!! Liz the owner is very responsive and a wonderful host. We are already talking about our next trip out here and we will be staying here again!!

Could not ask for more!!

Excellent condo, felt like home. Water, flowers, and bottled water waiting for us when we walked in. Ski in, ski out, with a locker room for you to store your skis, boots, helmets, etc. was the best. 2 showers, and a BATHTUB!! Beaver Creek shuttle at your fingertips. Well appointed kitchen, Coffee included. And, nice beds. We loved it.

Nice building location etc.

My only issue was the second bedroom has no windows and the temperature gets very warm relative to the rest of the unit. The owners and representative are very responsive to any issue.

Ski vacation

The flowers and bottle of wine were a nice touch. However, the sheets, pillows and blankets had stains on them. We tried to wash the pillow covers and even the pillows were stained. Despite that, the location was great for skiing and shuttle to town.

Nice condo!

Difficult to find, initially. The directions could use updating. Ski in/out, but ski in was uniquely challenging (steep with quick stop). Otherwise we were pleased with this unit.

Very beautiful condo, terrific location, ski-in and ski-out

We had a great stay at this property. The condo is beautiful and well-equipped. It feels brand new. In advance the owners sent us detailed information about checking in and ski lockers, which couldn't have been easier. Beaver Creek Landing is down the mountain from the Ritz Carlton on the Bachelor Gulch side. There is a chair lift directly next to Beaver Creek Landing that takes you up, and then you can ski down greens or blues to get to the Ritz property. To get home there is a dedicated green trail called Leav the Beav that leads directly to the ski lockers at Beaver Creek Landing. There is also dial-a-ride within the Beaver Creek property, with small buses taking you anywhere you want to go. It's about a 5 minute bus ride to Beaver Creek Village where the shops, skating rink and restaurants are. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful condo and great ski in/ski out location

Our family of four had a wonderful time in Beaver Creek! The condo is top notch and the lift is just outside the ski locker door which made it very easy with 2 small children and ski gear. The condo has a wonderful view, very nice bedding & amenities, and we used the fire place everyday (it snowed almost 30 inches while we were there for Spring Break!). Liz was very responsive to any ask we had and the information provided on restaurants/activities helped us plan a great vacation (we highly recommend Mountain Mushers dog sledding, total bucket list experience). You can stay in the Village which is right on the mountain, but we enjoyed being just a couple minutes outside the village with easy access via car/shuttle or ski lift to get there if we wanted. We did not use the shuttle, but rented a car and went to different restaurants around town most of the time (Breakfast at Northside is a must). The condo has a wonderful kitchen if you wanted to cook all your meals. We also enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool after a long day skiing. We would definitely return to this condo...great trip!!!

Inaccurate property description

This property is advertised as a 2 bedroom. It is not a 2 bedroom. The second room is at best a den. No window, no closet and extremely small. Not appropriate for 2 adults to share the bedroom which is what I had planned on. My second adult son had to sleep on the living room couch which was not a sleeper but we made do. The condo also needs tlc. Towel racks falling down and extremely low quality sheets with many stained. Limited dishes as well. I love the beaver creek location but would not recommend this condo. Xbox controllers did not work. We had to purchase batteries for all equipment. Not what you expect from a supposedly luxury condo. If you are looking for a 1 bedroom with space for small kids it might work but it should be accurately described in the listing.

Perfect location, great amenities, and Liz had awesome recommendations

Had an amazing stay at B204! Condo was in great shape, master bed was super comfortable and master bath was huge! Had everything my group and i wanted/ needed. Located at the bottom of "leav the beav" run, was able to ski right up to the locker room. Not to mention, the locker room is directly beneath this condo. Ski lift is right outside the condo and was able to ski right up to it. Locker had plenty of room to store 4 sets of skis, boots, and helmets. Really glad there was a garage to park our car in. On the day we left there was 12+ inches the night before, so waking up and not having to worry about scrapping our windshield, etc.. was great! Even though Liz has no control over the amenities, the hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes and pool was heated to 90 deg. Pool tables and table football in game room were fun as well. Liz was great as a property manager. She had easy to follow directions on how to access everything; condo, locker room, locker, amenities, and garage. Liz also had a huge list of activities, restaurants and bar recommendations laid out for us. A few examples: zip-lining, golf, kayaking, ropes course, fishing, etc.. I will most definitely be back to take advantage of what she recommended. Highly recommend staying in this condo or atleast staying in one of Liz's other condos that she manages! Great value for everything that you are getting.

Great condo for people looking for a 2 bedroom place with ski-in / ski-out access to Beaver Creek. Nicely appointed condo and well stocked kitchen making our stay a pleasure.
