Persephone House is located on a beautifully maintained development, which is only a short 5-minute drive from several "Blue Flag" beaches.

It was fully refurbished in 2022 and is very well equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, double glazing, insect screens, and shutters on all windows. The kitchen has quality appliances and is fully equipped. Everything you need is here.

The property has 2 bedrooms on the first floor, both with their own bathrooms with a further toilet on the ground floor. The master bedroom overlooks the large pool. The house enjoys private access to the pool directly from the sunny patio.

The pool and gardens are maintained by the management company, so the house and area are well kept all year. Please note that the pool is generally closed from early November until April.

We have 3 properties on the same development, just a few meters apart, so we can possibly cater for three families for a total of up to 10 persons easily and possibly up to 12 using temporary beds. This is, of course, dependent upon availability. It is best to book early if interested.
