Welcome to my home!

Tastefully decorated, this lovely 160m2 house is close to various top attractions, nature, and restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

It is on the ground floor, and guests can park their cars outside the property.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, a work desk, and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a pleasant space with a queen bed, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe, All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

There is also a small garden surrounding the house and a barbecue area.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home! Travelers enter through the main gate at the bottom of the slope.

This location offers a variety of attractions for visitors to enjoy. Explore the fascinating marine life at Aquário da Madeira, take in the stunning views at Pebble of Achadas, and admire the beautiful architecture of Igreja Matriz do Porto Moniz - Nossa Senhora da Conceição. After a day of sightseeing, dine at Sea View Restaurant or Conchinha for delicious meals and drinks. Head to Take-Away Armando's for a quick bite or a relaxing coffee break. With its great location, my home is the perfect starting point to explore the area.

It's a quiet area close to snack bars, grocery shops, butchers, and greengrocers.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.

A bus stop is located 200 m from the house, but it is preferable to have a vehicle.

Madeira's Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is around 60 minutes away by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
