This third floor Hale Kai O'Kihei 309 unit is located in the middle of the building and looks directly over the ocean in both directions. You will enjoy postcard perfect sunsets and ocean views from your lanai and enjoy having all of the amenities of home at this condo.

Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom: 1 King bed
Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa

Living Room: Relax and unwind on the tropical furniture in this room. Enjoy a movie with your family on the flat screen TV and cool off in the air conditioning in this room. The sofa pulls out to a bed if you need some extra sleeping space.

Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen during your vacation. The kitchen includes full size appliances and all the amenities you need to cook up your favorite meal or have a quick breakfast before your Maui adventures.

Bedroom: This room is equipped with a King bed convertible to Twins upon request. Plenty of room to spread out and store your things in the closet and bedside tables. Get a good night of sleep on this comfortable bed!

Lanai: Your views for this oceanfront Lanai are incredible! Watch the sunset over the horizon or see the whales breech on the horizon from the privacy of your lanai. Enjoy the cool tropical breeze as you sip on some cocktails on this piece of paradise.

Great place to stay and at a reasonable price

We love Hale O' Kiehi because of it's great location, right on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants groceries and Long's drugstore. The condo had all the required amenities and was clean and nice. Nice touch that condo mgmt provided some coffee and snack.

Condo Needs Love In A Beautiful Setting

Beautiful grounds and wonderful pool and beach access. Loved being able to walk everywhere to shop and eat. The condo needs some love and a real thorough cleaning.

Excellent views and sounds

Can’t beat location for many reasons. Outside areas, pool and grounds very well kept. Very retro interior. A little “worn” but quite functional.

Best view period

Loved the view,parking was very good the unit was described as in need of updating and it most defiantly was. Price was fair and like I said that view is not surpassed any place on the island.

Amazing location. Property just as promised. Clean and comfortable. We ended up on the pull out couch to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Amazingly comfortable sofa sleeper!

Location couldn’t be better

The location was ideal. The patio overlooks the beach and we spent many morning having our coffee and enjoying the fantastic view. Easy walking distance to food and shops. The unit was as advertised a little dated which was fine but it needed a more in depth cleaning.

amazing ocean view

We really enjoyed the ocean view from our 3rd floor lanai, watching whales. Evening turtle visits were a short walk down the beach. This was our second year in a row at this unit. The condo building manager was very attentive, and the other tenants were super social.

Great time!

This is the best location on island. Sunset view was amazing. Nice and quiet. The furnishings of the apartment are worn out but there is everything you need and the place has a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend.

Beautiful property, and very clean

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as a short drive upcountry. Although very clean, the condo is quite dated, and the lanai chairs very uncomfortable. We enjoyed watching the whales, and the sunsets were magical. Jane & Steve. Victoria, B.C.

Great option for an oceanfront view!

The oceanfront view of this spot did not disappoint. I wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was also nice. Others staying in the complex seemed like a combination of regulars and tourists, everyone was friendly. This spot is also walking distance from some excellent food options, supermarket etc. Parking was easy every time. I would definitely come back.

This is a perfect low-key condo on the beach. It hasn't been updated in decades, but they are very clear about that up front, so if that doesn't bother you, you'll love it. There's tons of space compared to a hotel room at the same price, so you can spread out a little. The people were very nice to deal with. The beach is beautiful and the water is fairly calm, and Kihei is a nice little town with good food very close by.

Amazing view

We really enjoyed our stay in this 3rd floor unit. Our priority in lodging is a real Ocean Front view, and it was the best we have ever had. The location was very convenient to Kihei restaurants, grocery store, beaches, and turtle watching. We saw many whales from our lanai. We actually slept on the sofa bed to enjoy the view and the sound of the surf. The furnishings were more than adequate. AA Oceanfront Rentals were great to deal with, and kept in touch to make sure we were happy.

Excellent location

This condo is located in an excellent location. Beach front, easy access to shopping, restaurants,highways. Instructions for checking in & out very clear. The condo itself is rundown, but all is serviceable. That was made clear when selecting it. AC works but is noisy when starting up. Beach here very shallow but ok for snorkeling. Bonus, There are sea turtles on this beach. Would stay here again.

Perfect place for wedding stay

We chose this unit because we were getting married. This unit has a great view of the ocean and is located on the beach. We actually got married on the beach outside the complex. The unit was furnished with all the essentials for cooking. The unit is clean and quaint.The property managers were helpful and friendly. On Friday mornings they have a coffee meet and greet, and in the evening you can join in with John for a Conch Blowing ceremony This will always be on the top of the list of places to stay on Maui when we return again. Did I mention the view!!!
