Living Room: Relax in this brightly lit room equipped with everything you need to have a little downtime with your family. Watch a movie on the TV or lounge around on the comfy furniture.

Kitchen: Enjoy the ease and convenience of this fully stocked kitchen while you are on vacation. You will be able to cook up a full meal or serve a few cocktails without leaving the privacy of your own condo. Plenty of space in this open kitchen! Gather around the dining table and enjoy some quality time with your group!

Master Bedroom: This room is equipped with a King size bed and plenty of room for your things. Enjoy a quiet night's rest in this room!

Guest Bedroom: This room is equipped with a bed that converts between 2 Twins and a King (upon request). Perfect for another couple or a few kids! Relax here after a fun day of Maui activities!

Lanai: The best part of staying in Hale Kai O'Kihei is the views from your Lanai. Step outside and enjoy the incredible ocean views, watch the palm trees blowing in the wind or catch one of the unbelievable sunsets all from the privacy of your own condo. June 2025 visit

We stayed for seven nights celebrating our granddaughters thirteenth birthday. We enjoyed the property including the beach, pool, restaurants nearby and of course swimming in the ocean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs.

The view was phenomenal. We love the close access to the beach.Unit was dated, dingy and needs a thorough cleaning, walls painted.The tv cable box etc. sits on the floor while other connections just hang from the TV. This felt dangerous, especially if we would have brought children.A/C worked for part of the condo but was noisy and the unit is old and dirty.Again, we love the location of the condo but felt like more consideration is needed to make the condo more comfortable and safe.

Low key beach front Condo

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The sunsets and beach / ocean views were amazing. The Condo is clean and simple - a great home base for our adventures around the island.

Another wonderful stay at Hale Kai O'Kehei

This place is the best kept secret If you want to stay out of the resort bubble and have a quiet relaxing vacation. Photos need to be updated as this place has been recently remodeled and looks much better than the photos

Enjoyed our stay

Excellent Kihei location

We have stayed in Kihei many times and this was an excellent location. Right on the beach with a beautiful view and easy walking to the grocery store, coffee shops and many other stores. A short nice walk to the park and other beaches makes this a prime location that is also quiet and off the busy main street. The condo was nicely stocked and had plenty of room for our family of 4.

Maui Accommodations

We loved our stay in KiHai! Beach front for swimming, whale watching, turtle sightings & beach walking; close walking distance to grocery store & restaurants; very little rain (even if it is forecast for rain); friendly residents at this complex (coffee time Friday mornings) & close driving proximity to airport & special sights on Maui.

Good property, OK beach

The property was in good shape and had everything we needed. Convenient to shops and restaurants. The beach was only OK. Pretty rocky and extremely shallow, so not great for swimming.

Great place with Incredible views of sunsets

Great apartment on third floor of walk up only building. Sunsets and the sounds of the ocean were wonderful. Bring binoculars and watch the whales jumping on the horizon when they are in the bay

Great Location!

Wonderful view of the beach. Close to food and shopping. The air conditioner struggles to cool the entire unit so the second bedroom was warmer than we would have liked. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again!

Outdated, but great location. Nothing Impressive about the condo, except the views of course.

Very few outlets to use. Bare Minimum cookware. Everything is outdated, but the location was great.
