Back unit of two family. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Private backyard with grill, patio set and table for 6-8 people. Off street parking for 1 car.

Small pet considered with owner approval and pet fee.

Winter rental available Oct-May.

PROPERTY IS THROUGHLY CLEANED AFTER EACH RENTAL. BATHROOMS CLEANED WITH CLOROX, FLOORS, COUNTERTOPS ETC. WASHED AND SANITIZED AFTER EACH RENTAL, ALL BEDDINGS ARE FRESHLY LAUNDERED.

Back unit of two family home. Larger parties can rent entire house. Front unit VRBO#809769 for 2 families or larger parties. Sleeps 16.

Rental is for back unit of two family property. Property recently renovated with everything new. Owners take pride in ownership and property is particularly well maintained and super clean.

Private backyard offers patio set and table dinning set to accommodate 6 -8 people. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water and small deck. New mattresses, pillows, comforters. 2 smart tvs, cable and internet. Central ac. We have not left any stone unturned to make the property feel very comfortable as if it was your own shore house.

Location is 4 houses from beach entrance at the end of the Lafayette ave in Seaside Park. Parking for one car and plenty of street parking.No need to take the car anywhere unless you want to explore the Jersey shore.

From lafayette ave take the boardwalk left to Seaside Park boardwalk where you have many nice eateries such as the Sawmill, Park Seafood, Khors ice cream and Playa Bowl just to name a few. Continue to the rides and game stands in Seaside Heights. From Lafayette Ave go right on the boardwalk and take a 1.5 mile walk or run along the ocean. Great start to the morning or evening with kids or active adults. Go 4 blocks up Lafayette ave to the playground at the bay which offers fun for the little ones and a truly magnificent sunset. Bay has fishing area for fun time to crab or fish. 2 miles to island beach state park for fishing, cycling, nature hiking etc..

Waterpark with slides, go-carts and mini golf in Seaside Heights is walking distance from the house. Many places to rent wave runners, boats and fishing charters.

Property is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Hope you join us for a truly memorable time at the Jersey shore.

Great trip! House is very well appointed and has everything you need. We enjoyed the backyard and privacy it provided. Literally steps from the beach and boardwalk. Host was great and very responsive. Can’t wait to return!

What a great place on the ocean

First let me say..Greg is easy to deal with and answered every question my wife and I had over a three month period. The house is perfect for a family that loves the beach and wants to be close to the boardwalk. For little ones there is a park about 2 city blocks away overlooking the Bay! I can not say enough about our stay! See you next summer!

Clean, cozy and close to the beach!

My family and I had a great time at this rental! It was so clean and had all the comforts of home. We loved the private patio too, but the best part was absolutely the location. 1/2 a block from the boardwalk and 1 block from Sawmill is hard to beat. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Shore House

We had a perfect week down the shore! Greg’s house is perfect, so clean, comfortable, great location, very nice backyard fenced in, perfect for our dog! Greg is very informative & responses quickly. We will definitely stay again!!!!

Seaside Park - Lafayette Street

This House was a great location to vacation in this summer! Greg definitely does an excellent job with maintaining it after the renovation. It is definitely in unbelievable condition. It was extremely close to the beach, boardwalk and fun! There were plenty of attractions to do things, as well as just take it easy and relax. The outside deck and patio area was a nice area to relax after spending the day at the beach. The kitchen was very modern and completely up to date. We love to cook so it was a great part of the rental for us to enjoy spending time as a family and making breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. I would definitely recommend this for other folks looking for a great vacation home (recently renovated and kept up), near the beach (4 houses in) and minutes away from the Seaside Boardwalk. There is a front rental and back rental, so if you have family/friends that you are planning your trip with, getting both rentals would be the thing to do! Greg/Lisa really keep the place in great condition! Thanks. If you have the opportunity to rent, enjoy your vacation/rental!

All you need at Seaside.

I've been staying and renting houses in Seaside Park for 25 years. This place is a gem. Well kept, comfortable, great location. I hope to return for many years to come for my family's home away from home at the beach.

We enjoyed our week at this shore house. It was the perfect location. 4 houses to the beach, and walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Greg was very nice to work with. Would highly recommend.

Easy, breezy, awesome vacation!

Upon arriving at the beach house we noticed how clean it was and how relaxing and easy our vacation would be. The house had everything we needed and the neighborhood was friendly. All of the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The very short walk to the beach was a huge plus and we could also walk to everything else including the boardwalk, water park and restaurants. Our family had an excellent time and we would definitely return.

Very clean property and only 4 houses from the ocean!

Wonderful unit in the back of this 2 family home. Very private amenities for each of the two units. Only 4 houses from the ocean! Greg, the owner, was great in taking care of our needs and questions. Would not hesitate to rent this property again. We loved this rental and it made our vacation at the Jersey Shore special.

Great weekend at the shore

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely weekend staying here. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The space was comfortable and the location to the beach (4 houses) was great. It was so easy to walk back from the beach to use the restroom or get food throughout the day. The owner Greg was very responsive during the booking and check-in process. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to staying here again next summer.
