This Beach Cottage is a bright and stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat just steps from the shore. It combines modern conveniences with coastal charm to create a welcoming space. Accommodating up to 5 guests, the cottage features a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a twin-size fold-up bed. Freshly laundered pillows, blankets, sheets, and bath towels are provided for every guest.

Enjoy complimentary amenities such as 4 seasonal beach badges ($220 value), Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with K-cups, tea, sugar, creamer, and essential toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and an iron/ironing board. Wi-Fi is also available, making it ideal for remote work.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the cottage, including a driveway with parking for 1 car, free street parking, 4 seasonal beach badges ($220 value), and an outdoor deck perfect for BBQs and entertaining.

This cottage is located at the back of the property behind another home. The deck area is shared between both cottages. The entire property is available for rent as 1 unit—if you're interested in booking both units, please message the host or click on the host's profile picture to view the listing.

Other things to note:
-We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else.

-To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
