SPECTACULAR PENTHOUSE IN THE HISTORIC CENTER OF MARBELLA

The penthouse features three bedrooms—two of which are en suite—a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two terraces overlooking the old town. One of the bedrooms has direct access from the terrace via a flight of stairs.

From the property—and without needing a car—just 200 meters to the south, you’ll find the beach and boardwalk, perfect for walking, exercising, or simply enjoying a swim. And to the north, you have direct access to the old town, which preserves part of its medieval wall, as well as its squares and houses typically decorated in the Andalusian style. Food lovers will find Marbella’s wide variety of restaurants just a few meters from the apartment.

Things to note about the accommodation:

- Guests have self-service access to the accommodation via a smart lock and detailed instructions provided by the host.
- Pets are allowed upon prior request and submission of relevant information at the time of booking.
- Parking is available in the same building for 10 euros per day. Requests for parking must be made at the time of booking.
- One of the bedrooms has direct access from the property’s private terrace via a set of stairs.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- You must be respectful of the neighbors. Therefore, all types of parties, loud music, or noisy activities are strictly prohibited. Additionally, please keep noise to a minimum from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM (If you arrive at the apartment at night, please take special care to speak quietly and make as little noise as possible when entering the building and taking the elevator to the apartment.)
- Before arrival, all guests must provide the host with all the details from their passport or ID card, as well as their current residential address, cell phone number, and email address; for guests under 18 years of age, they must also provide their relationship to the other guests. Additionally, upon arrival at the accommodation, guests must complete the guest registration form and, if necessary, show their identification documents to the host. This information is required due to mandatory regulations from the Spanish authorities.
- Pets are allowed upon prior request and submission of relevant information at the time of booking.
- We kindly ask guests to keep the property clean and in good condition.
- Please do not leave the air conditioner on if you do not need it, or with the windows or doors open.
- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please make sure to close the patio umbrellas when you leave the penthouse to avoid problems with the wind.
- Do not tamper with the water heater. If necessary, notify the host beforehand.
- Don’t burn the house down! Lighting candles is prohibited.
- If you use the grill, please leave it clean and unplugged.
- Check-in must take place between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. If check-in must take place after 10:00 p.m., it must be requested in advance, and the following fees will apply: from 10:00 p.m. to midnight, 50 euros; after midnight, 100 euros.
