Overlooking the sea, this penthouse apartment impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 111 mĀ² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two en suite bathrooms, accommodating up to four people. The home features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), central air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, satellite TV, and a DVD player. An extra portable futon and a portable single bed in the garage may be added for children upon request.



Bedroom 1 has one king-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for one person. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with garden furniture, four private open terraces with a barbecue (one main barbecue), and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a gated pool open year-round; a pool guard is present only during the summer season.



Free parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Late check-in is available for an extra fee. Events are not permitted, and guests under 25 years of age are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. Towels and bed linen are included. Please note that governmental water regulations may be in place during your stay, which could impact pool use, garden watering, or tap water usage. Magnifique appartement avec une trĆØs belle vue mer et montagne

C'est un grand appartement avec tout le confort, 2 belles chambres avec 2 belles salles de bains, trĆØs bien agencĆ© et sans vis Ć  vis. Une grande terrasse trĆØs agrĆ©able. Les photos de l'annonce sont conformes Ć  la rĆ©alitĆ©. Nous sommes venus en juin et c'Ć©tait trĆØs calme. Le contact avec le propriĆ©taire, Talat, est trĆØs bien. DĆØs que l'on a eu une question il a tout de suite rĆ©pondu. Nous ne connaissions pas trop la rĆ©gion mais nous avons vraiment envie d'y passer de nouveau un sĆ©jour et si cet appartement est disponible Ć  ce moment nous y retournerons.

Pros: First of all we had a goog contact with Talat, the owner. During period of corona we had contact (Whatsapp). Talat was very kind and understanding. Luckily we could still go on our trip. We arrived at the penthouse, were Sonia (a very kind lady) gives us the keys and showed us the place were we would stay for 14 days. The view from the terrace is amazing!! The penthouse is equipped with all the necessary equipment, included a new kitchen. We enjoyed our stay: relaxing at the pool; trips to Puerto Banus and Old Town Marbella, shopping in Malaga,... We definitely recommend this stay!

The communication with the owner and Sonja, his representative on the spot, was easy and fast. Also the handover of the keys was very smooth Any room for improvement? Might be a new vacuum cleaner would be an investment worth considering because it would definitely help to maintain it clean and tidy (the existing one does not work properly).

Only a 20-30 minute walk to a good range of local restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated and maintained, we had everything we needed. Effective heating for chilly evenings. Spacious, plenty of room for 4 adults. Good communication with the owner.

The weather was sunny and warm enough to enjoy tennis at the nearby tennis club Don Carlos. Las Flores is our favorite restaurant, which we can reach with a walk along the beach.

Wir waren 2 Paare und dieses Duplex Penthouse war ideal. Jeder hat seien Bereich und zum FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck kann man gemeinsam gemĆ¼tlich die grosse Terrasse im unteren Stock benutzen. Elviria bietet alles: LƤden, Restaurants und einen sehr schƶnen Strand. Mit dem EigentĆ¼mer, Talat, kann man jederzeit kommunizieren und die ganzen Abwicklungen bezĆ¼glich Zahlung und Deposit return haben sehr gut und schnell geklappt. Rita, Schweiz

Fantastic views towards Gibraltar and North Africa with stunning sunsets in the evening. The apartment is well equipped and the owner continues to update it, installing a new kitchen and new showers. Secure site with underground parking. Nice neighbourhood, clean, well maintained and peaceful. Communication with the owner is excellent.
