The apartment is about 40sqm and it has just been renovated, with a simple and elegant design.

It's located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to four people and has an automatic check-in system that will allow you to enter whenever you want after 3PM.

The apartment consists of a very bright living area, where you will find a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook and eat your meals.

The bedroom is adjacent to the living area. There is a double bed, wardrobe, coat rack and a small desk.

The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, sink and bidet.

Guests will be provided with towels, sheets, toilet paper and a small kit for personal hygiene.

There is wifi, heating and air conditioning.



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
