Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the home’s cleanliness did not meet your standards. I generally try to oversee cleanings and for the first time since owning the home (7 years), I hired a different cleaning company during a two week period while I was traveling abroad. It was the first time I used their service and I’m disappointed to hear they didn’t meet my expectations. I often get positive feedback about the home’s cleanliness so I genuinely apologize that this was not your experience. I will be sure to address this accordingly. I’m also sorry about the humid indoor conditions though I do make it clear in my listing that there is no A/C in the home (but that I provide fans). This area can experience humidity throughout the summer and, unfortunately, your visit coincided with an extended heat wave that contributed to the conditions. Unfortunately, the weather is one thing that I haven’t yet figured out how to control! ;-)
