To access the ski slopes, walk across the street and up a very small incline and you are on the slopes! You can ski down Homeowners Run and Gold Link Run to access the Gold Link chairlift.

This home consists of 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an open kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace. Guests also have access to the laundry room and mudroom. Three bedrooms are located on the main level. The first has a king bed, the second has 2 queen beds, and the third has 2 twin beds. The second floor has a roomy bedroom with 2 additional queen beds and one king bed. In total, this home has 8 beds and can sleep 10 people comfortably. Each bedroom has its own attached full bathroom.

Unfortunately, the garage at this house is not for guest use, but plenty of parking is available in the driveway. MAX OF 4 VEHICLES ALLOWED ON PREMISES. NO TRAILERS, RVs, OR CAMPERS OF ANY TYPE MAY BE PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY.

Due to HOA restrictions, large gatherings, events, parties or receptions of any kind are not permitted at this property. Rental groups not to exceed 10 people. Violation of the 10 person maximum occupancy will result in a fine or potential eviction.
