This beautiful newly remodeled and updated 2 BR 2 Bath condo is located slopeside at the base of Peachtree Lift at Mt. Crested Butte. Unit 203 overlooks the mountain, watch your family and friends ski from the comforts of this beautiful condo, watch the fireworks from new years and the 4th of July from the balcony. Our condo is newly updated with all the amenities of home, including wifi, hot tube, gas grill and underground parking. Drive into the garage, elevator service to the unit with luggage carts available. Perfect getaway for the family or for a couple of families. Includes a ski closet and boot dryers. You will not want for anything as it is all right here waiting for you. In the summer watch the bike races from the patio while enjoying your favorite beverage, you will overlook the beautiful wildflowers, as well as see a wide assortment of wildlife.

Parking Plan

Gateway Home Owners Association (HOA) Rules & Regulations, all-inclusive by unanimous vote approved July 27, 2015, provides the basis for Gateway's Parking Plan. Gateway's HOA rules #18-23 are summarized below:


Gateway has seventeen (17) parking spaces in the garage and an additional five (5) outside the exit of the garage.

Each owner, his or her renter/guest, is allowed access to one parking spot in the garage.

No owner shall park more than one motorized vehicle in the garage at anytime, and each motorized vehicle must park in the marked parking space.

If owner participates in the "Short Term Rental Program", owner, guest/renter of the owner shall park no more than one vehicle in the garage. The parked vehicle should have a permit visible noting the unit number, date of check-in, and date of check-out.

No service vehicle shall park in the garage to include management company vehicles. Service vehicles should park on the north side of the Gateway complex.

No vehicle shall block the entrance or exit at any time.

No storing of recreational vehicles to include snow mobiles, motorcycles or
other motorized vehicle in the garage. Bicycles and other non-motorized vehicles shall not park in a garage motorized parking space.

Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

This is a great location especially if you have kids! The location is very close to the ski school which makes drop of and pick up a breeze. This location is clean and a perfect size for a family of four.

Wonderful ski vacation

My family are return guests to this property - the bathroom updates were fabulous. The condo is awesome and the access to the mountain cannot be better. This is a must stay if you have kids in ski school or if you just want the convenience of ski-in ski-out. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you Craig for a wonderful experience again.

Fantastic Condo, Amazing Location

What an amazing Condo! Our family of four stayed during New Year's and absolutely loved the ease of getting on the lifts each morning. So nice to come back and forth for lunch or breaks throughout the day. Seeing the fireworks from the balcony was magical and such a fun way to ring in the New Year! The Condo has so much room, is well decorated and the location can't be beat. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Stayed at this property 12/24-12/28. Truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Ski in/ski out was fantastic. Convenient locker for your skis and poles. The climate controlled parking was a definite plus that I hadn’t thought of. Will definitely stay at the condo again.

Mountain Side in Crested Butte

This was a nice property. It had everything you needed for a long weekend stay. It was on the mountain so getting to our daughter's ski race at 7:30 in the morning was easy. We couldn't get the fireplace to work and had trouble getting in touch with the property manager. On the third day (out of 4 days) they finally came and took a look at it. The condo was clean but very old and tired. It desperately needs an update. Because of this and the high cost, we wouldn't stay here again. The cost would be worth it if the condo was updated.

Thank you for your comments, the whole condo complex is having a very extensive remodel outside, for this reason we have waited to update our unit at the same time. The unit will be complete along with the outside for next ski season.

We arrived at about 10:00pm. We were exhausted from the drive and went to be immediately. Some time during the night, someone entered the condo using a set of 4 keys that was not there when we arrived, but was there in the morning. Two days later, at an unknown time, someone entered the condo and retrieved the keys. We don't know who it was, but we assume that it was a property manager or the owner, since the set of 4 keys that mysteriously appeared and then disappeared, allowed access to owner-locked areas. We were NOT notified in advance. No note was left as an explanation. This is unacceptable, regardless of what excuses are provided after this review goes live.

David, I am so sorry to hear you did not feel secure in our condo. We have a lock box for guests arriving to enter the condo, this code is changed 4 time a year. Upon reading your review I wish you had called me Saturday morning when you claim you noticed someone had entered and left keys. This would have allowed me to be proactive and call the 2 individuals, one being our cleaning lady who has been with us for over 8 years and lives in Gunnison, the other being our management company and caretaker of the unit. Once again I wish you would have contacted me instantly, instead of waiting 7 days and notifying me through a review . I also want you to know I will never make an excuse I will come out directly and try to find a solution or answer to all concerns. No one has keys to the owners locked off closets and cabinets, but us the owners and we live in Oklahoma. I spoke with both our cleaning lady and the management company and neither entered the condo during the time frame in question. Your daughter texted me the morning you checked out of the condo and her is what she said, "Good morning Craig! This is Jess, my parents and I stayed at Gateway 203 this weekend. We wanted to let you know - we were unable to open the trash dumpster by the garage. So instead of leaving trash outside (bears!) we chose to keep it in the unit. Other than that, we are all checked out and had a wonderful time. Thank you. There was no mention of the key incident but a thank you with a we had a great time. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this with me if you feel this did not meet your expectations of the response you expected or wanted.

Great property

We stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding in Crested Butte. The condo is gorgeous, super comfy and with a view of the mountains. We wish we could have stayed longer. Everything is tasteful, modern and newly renovated (I think we were the first to stay following the bathroom renovation). Top notch across the board. We hope to come back!

Great spot in crested butte

Great location, great condo, great time in crested butte. The condo was clean and well appointed. Being able to ski to the back of the building was great, as was having the ski locker next to the elevator. Very convenient . One minor complaint…Hot tub never really got hot, more of a warm tub., great stay…would rent again for sure.

Our family has been skiing Crested Butte for 20 years we have watched our kids grow up on this mountain. Our kids 24, 22 and 20 love the freedom of skiing on their own and having a 2nd place to call home.
We live in Norman Oklahoma and try to get up to the mountain at least 4 times a year.

We chose this condo for the view and the convenience to all of our favorite places on the mountain. We also chose this property because the father lost his leg and needed a true ski in ski out condo since he skies without his prosthesis. We enjoy having our coffee n the balcony in the morning and watching them groom the mountain along with the early skiers enjoying the fresh powder.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This condo have a view like no other you can see the entire mountain as well as have skiers ski past you while sitting on the patio, this condo allows everyone in your party to enjoy the mountain and everything it has to offer even if they don't ski. This condo reminds one of home it is very comfortable and very relaxing. Wifi for those wanting to do work or browse the internet.
