This one bedroomed apartment has fantastic sea views as it is situated at first floor level. It is in a great location in a quiet part of the Old Town in Puerto del Carmen. It is in the Portonovo complex which has a large communal pool. The apartment was fully refurbished. The refurbishment included the installation of a new entrance door, the installation of a double patio door ( which gives uninterrupted views of the harbour and the sea) and the fitting of a new kitchen. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. Every level of activity is available from relaxed walks, golf, fishing, karting and water based sports.
The apartment comprises a South facing balcony with amazing sea views, an open plan lounge / kitchen with breakfast counter, a bedroom with built in wardrobes and a bathroom. There is a safe contained within the built in wardrobes. Also stored in the wardrobes are sun lounge covers for your use at the poolside sun loungers. A hairdryer and iron are available for guests use.
The apartment can sleep up to 4 people with two single beds in the bedroom and a pull out bed in the lounge. It comes fully equipped with cooker,hob,fridge/freezer,microwave,coffee maker,toaster,kettle plus all cooking utensils
There is a flat screen television in the lounge with English speaking channels,Spanish speaking channels and German speaking channels all available. There is a DVD player and a CD/radio player available. There are a selection of DVDs available for your use when you stay in our apartment. There is also a good selection of books available if you are looking for a totally energy saving holiday.
