Why us? . Has VV licience. 10 mins from airport. A cosy small apt. Silent air con hot and cold for all seasons.Ideal for couples looking for a quiet location within walking distance of all amenities and the old town. Friendly retired British people at pool area. Sun terrace 11am to sundown summer and little later in winter. A great feature is no sun in morning for breakfast on balcony and to sit outside in afternoon and watch sun go down over the mountains and sea.Amazing sunsets.Has new sofa( 2024) which is very comfortable .Fully airconditioned for hot days and cold nights All mod cons incl walk in shower,, washing machine,new 32" smart high definition t v’ with full uk and irish /continental channels, microwave, micro cooker,safe,- home from home and very relaxing. I have installed private internet and clients advise wi fi best they have had on island.Beautiful views from communal pool looking down over small sun bleached houses of Lanzarote and sea. This apartment was made cosy by a UK lady who lived on the island 21 years. They loved it and particularly liked brightness of apt and fresh air flowing through the two open windows on hot days. ( plus new air con system) That’s what makes us different. The location is very good located between main beach(5 min walk) and old town(10 minute flat walk).There are 15 small steps up to apt so not difficult. Nice balcony views of mountains and sea(sunsets from balcony amazing).Why not let us do all the work and enjoy holiday.Importantly i am



available if required. I also give guests a welcome pack which guests love after long travelling-water,wine,juice,tea and coffee.Guests like apt as its small and cosy and not stark like most apts.Check reviews and book.I live not far away should any problems arise so book with confidence.Also security good on complex with gated complex .Also pool are normally very quiet so no problems getting a bed.From pool lovely views over Carmen and sea

Billy was a fantastic host, made us feel welcome while still leaving us with privacy. His apartment is lovely for anyone looking for a great location for a cheaper price than a hotel in the local area. Billy let us stay later then the expected check out time too which was very accommodating. Overall 10/10 experience.

Had a fab holiday. Lovely clean apartment that has everything you need. Weather was mixed so glad of the great satellite tv channels. Very central to everything. Billy was a great host and on hand if you needed anything

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

Conveniently located to the promenade, yet far enough away to relax and enjoy the sun. The apartment was perfect for a weeks holiday for two people, it had everything that we needed to help us enjoy our stay. Thank you for the Welcome pack Billy. It was very much appreciated on our arrival, especially due to it being late and for the information you provided.

We had an excellent stay Billy's apartment it really was home from home everything you needed was there an more about 15 minutes from the main strip given how good the apartment was we would do it again also the pool was right next door an two minutes to a little supermarket was had all you need overall excellent stay billy was only a phone call away if we needed anything but given it was all there also the apartment was spotlessly clean great shower billy your a top man

Perfect Holiday Apartment

I have just spent 6 wonderful weeks at this Apartment. Everything you will need has been supplied. The décor is special and lovely. They view from the balcony of the sea is wonderful. It is near to shops, bus stops and beach. All are jut a 10 minutes walk. I would certainly recommend this apartment for your holiday. Billy the owner is contactable should you need any help, and is a lovely person. Thank you Billy for what I consider the best holiday place I have spent time in.

Great stay in cozy apartment

The location of Billy's apartment is ideal for access to both the Old town and the strip. The apartment also has two mini market shops close by and the larger Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance. The amenities within the apartment itself include: air condition, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, walk in shower etc. We particularly liked the balcony as it was private and not overlooked by any other properties which made it ideal for sun bathing in the afternoons when it caught the sun. The swimming pool has several sun lounges and again has a private feel to it, should you wish to take a dip to cool off.

Check in was easy Communication was outstanding before during and after our stay Very accommodating host nothing was too much trouble The apartment was close enough to be able to walk to the beach and back yet far enough away from all the bars and noise of the strip with s handy shop just at the bottom of the complex The pool was always nice and quite as was the air con Plenty of tv channels Excellent value for money What really made this holiday stand out was our host Billy Thank you so much for letting us stay Kurt and Zoe

Apartamento perfecto para 2 personas. Cocina con 2 fuegos y suficientemente equipada. La mesa está en la terraza y tiene una sombrilla grande para poder comer a la sombra. Urbanización muy tranquila sin problemas para aparcar.A menos de 10 minutos de la playa y del paseo marítimo con bares y restaurantes. Supermercados a 5 minutos.

Tout ce qu'il faut pour deux personnes

Le logement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour deux personnes. La piscine est peu fréquentée et bien entretenu. A 10 minutes à pieds de la plage. Le propriétaire est accueillant et réactif par messages. Seul soucis, nous avons eu des travaux tous les matins de la semaine dès 8h du matin... Egalement, dès coupures d'eau régulières le soir car priorité donnée aux hotels...

Piso pequeño pero agradable

El piso está muy bien ubicado, es pequeño pero para una pareja es más que suficiente. Una zona tranquila y cerca de la zona del paseo marítimo. El propietario, a pesar de no estar, estuvo en contacto todo el tiempo y nos dio muchas indicaciones para encontrar la casa y detalles sobre el piso. Además, nos dejó desayuno, cafés, tes, leche, zumos, agua... Como puntos negativos, quizás faltaba un poco de limpieza y para comer dentro de la casa no hay ninguna mesa, solo una muy pequeña auxiliar y la que está en la terraza. Por lo que si quieres comer dentro, es un poco complicado. La cama y las almohadas nos parecieron un poco incómodas, pero eso ya es por el tipo al que estés acostumbrado. En general muy bien, un piso confortable, bien ubicado y con muchas prestaciones.

Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé (proche mer, piscine à disposition). L'environnement est calme. Les relations avec Billy ont été faciles et très conviviales. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Muy tranquilo

El alojamiento está en una zona y en una urbanización muy tranquilas, perfectas para poder descansar. El piso es sencillo, pero suficiente para dos personas. Dispone de aire acondicionado, de pago, pero muy económico, lo cual está genial. La limpieza es correcta en general. Echamos en falta que no hubiese algunos útiles de limpieza (detergente de la lavadora o fairy) para no tener que comprar un bote entero para un par de días. Repetiríamos!

Perfect little apartment

This was a nice sized apartment for a solo traveller and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable! The aircon was a godsend for an Irish person who does not fair well in too much heat. Billy met me at the apartment, showed me around and made sure I knew how everything worked. He was always a text away (like when I locked myself out of the apartment on the second day) and super helpful. There was conveniently water and wine (and more) already in the fridge when I arrived which was a treat for someone as unorganised as me! Will definitely be returning to this apartment when visiting Puerto Del Carmen again!

Dafür gibt es nur ein Wort: Vorbildlich. Wohnung, Lage, Ruhe - es ist alles hervorragend. Auch die Parkplatzsituation direkt vor der Türe ist völlig entspannt und eher untypisch positiv im Vergleich zu anderen spanischen Touristenorten. Der Vermieter Billy ist innerhalb weniger Minuten wie ein Freund. Super Kommunikation und zur freudigen Überraschung war sogar der Kühlschrank mit einem Willkommensgruß gefüllt. Die Ausstattung des Apartements ist vollständig. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Winter Break

Excellent communication with the friendly owner Billy, before and during our stay. Very short walk to the main beach and promenade/strip area. A local supermarket just metres away and a large Lidl 5-10 mins walk. Everything and more for your holiday in the apartment. TV and internet. Safety box. Pool area nice and more than enough loungers. Thank you very much Billy.

My perfect fortnight

Great communication with Billy from booking this wee gem of an apartment..he met me out of my taxi n showed me to his place...Great wee pad,great internet,great patio,great air con n best bed ive ever slept in on holiday...10 mins at the most walk down to the strip and beach...about 15 mins to the harbour and old town..it really is in a great location with a supermarket on your doorstep...Ive been goin to Lanza for 5 years now and i'll youz Billys place every time from now on..Loved it

Great location

Stayed with my fiancé for 10 nights late may/early June. Billy was there to meet us and on hand if we needed anything and left a lovely welcome pack with essentials. Shop downstairs with everything you need for day to day basics open until 11 pm each night. The air conditioning was a welcomed surprise and one which we made use of. Apartmentis small but cosy and has all the essentials in a good location between both old/new town. Quiet complex with both holiday makers and full time residents. Looking forward to returning in the future .

.Internet with uk tv installed 31st oct 2016I have owned this apartment for eight years and have stayed there on numerous occasions. The apartment was let out long term rental for 5 years to a long standing ex pat 21 years on island who made this apartment her home. This is the difference between a holiday rental and a home from home ! I repainted apt nov 2015 and put in new shower.I live 50 yds away so always on call for you.

Guests love location,very central and quiet surroundings yet 5 mins from beach and local bars and restaurants. Level walk to old town takes 10 mins. Nice raised pool with stunning views to sea.Importantly very good airflow through apt especially hot weather. I live 75metres away to be available at any time.The apt is cosy and not cold and empty like most apts so clients feel quite homely

. A very good president of the complex who keeps strict order.I live 50yds away if any probs.I update apt regularly and got new washing machine july 2016,new bedding,bathroom items.Very good central location.The swiming pool refurbished june 2016.Apart from school hols pool is very quiet
