Welcome and thank you for taking a look at our newly updated 2nd floor Unit (Unit 208 ) directly on St Pete Beach . . We are south and away from the Hotels !! It’s an excellent location . The Beach is wide open and sometimes you feel like you have it to yourself. We are in great position as you can walk south all the to Pass- A- Grill . If you choose to walk north you can go as far as Upton Beach area . Please take a look at our newly updated Unit completed in 2023 ). We have also done some updates in our kitchen and Living room in 2025 .Our Unit is updated with a new flooring, new blinds and shutters & updated white cabinets for our kitchen & breakfast bar completed in December of 2023 . The 2nd bathroom was completed updated with new tile flooring and walls . It looks beautiful . You will find comfort and convenience when staying in our Unit ... We are located directly on the white sands of St. Pete Beach . (See updated photos for great overall description of what you can expect and enjoy. Our living room features a brand new (2025 ) comfortable couch which pulls out to sleeps two. We also have a brand new (2025) love seat for the living room . So comfortable!! There is a brand new (, December 2024 )50 inch Sony Smart TV in our living room. The kitchen area has been fully updated with new appliances for your convenience. I have added a breakfast bar with a granite top for more space to enjoy a quick snack . There is also additional drawers for storage . There is a glass top dining room table with new high back chairs (2018) that seats up to four . The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and mattress . The master bathroom has been totally updated to now include a fully tiled walk-in shower and new bathroom sink and vanity . The 2nd smaller bedroom has a queen size bed and mattress You can store your luggage under the bed frand a flat screen TV. There are plenty of areas to view television when you are not enjoying the Beach , the pool and the warm Florida sunshine. Our place at the Beach comes with the following amenities : 2 bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and the smaller 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room .You can sleep up to 5 people. Two full bathrooms with showers with one bathroom directly off the master bedroom. A washer/dryer so need to bring lot's of clothes. This is so convenient !! < There is spacious balcony that you can access from the either the living room area or the master bedroom. Here you can view the pool, hot tub, and the clean white sand of St. Pete Beach. Our Condo is located on Gulf Blvd and we are about a eight minute walk north from the famous Don Cesar Hotel & Resort. There are plenty of Beach Bars to walk to , casual restaurants and shopping areas. Our Property Mgrs. in the Rental Office will be happy to help with restaurant suggestions as there are some great ones nearby. Disney World in Orlando is a safe two hour drive from us while Busch Gardens in Tampa is forty five minutes away. We are thirty minutes drive time from the Tampa International Airport. < Our place here on St. Pete is easy the get too from almost anywhere yet hard to leave. So come on down and enjoy a great vacation on the Beach as others have . You will hate to leave as I always do !! Life is finite so let’s have some fun and come to the Beach!!
