The location is off the beaten tracks, but perfect for trips to a lot of interesting places

The location is off the beaten tracks, but perfect for trips to a lot of interesting places. The cottage is cozy, very clean and well equipped, the garden a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the landscape. And Linda is a great host, extremely kind and helpful.

Wonderful stay

Very peaceful. Beautifully surrounded by nature. Linda is such an incredibly nice and friendly person, and always happy to help when needed. Perfect base for trips to Dartmoor National Park.

Lovely peaceful property

Clean, comfortable, peaceful, characterful, lovely garden, well equipped, friendly host, lovely views. Convenient to reach Looe, Fowey, Polperro, Eden project, Cotehele, Bodmin, Liskeard. 10 mins drive to Liskeard with supermarkets (Big Morrisons, Coop) and train station. We went on train to St Ives for £15 return. Takeaways can be delivered. Lovely sheltered garden to sit in.

This is the sweetest little cottage.

Very, very clean and peaceful. Green hills as far as the eye can see, yet it's still easy to find. Linda is incredibly friendly, gives you a warm welcome, and is always on hand if needed. It's a great base for trips to Dartmoor National Parkthe coastlines of Cornwall and Devon.

The host (Linda) is wonderful and very friendly. It is not so easy to find the place, but we managed. I think instructions and a clear map might help. It is very close to "The Story of Emily" in St. Ive and a really nice place to stay.

The host (Linda) is wonderful and very friendly. It is not so easy to find the place, but we managed. I think instructions and a clear map might help. It is very close to "The Story of Emily" in St. Ive and a really nice place to stay.

Super little cottage with lovely rural views. Well equipped, well maintained and vey clean. Super friendly welcome from our host Linda. Just a short drive from Liskeard where there is a supermarket, good town centre and a railway station.

Lovely cottage, well equipped

Lovely cottage to stay in. Well equipped for all needs whilst staying away from home for work. Host was very welcoming and had a lovely greeting on arrival. Lovely and clean and had a cosy feeling about it. Would definitely be recommending staying at this cottage to my friends and family.

Everything at Cutkieve Farm Cottage was perfect. Our host Linda was there to greet us and hand over keys. The property was spotless with lovely personal touches, the WIFI was excellent (no buffering), off road parking, in such a beautiful and tranquil setting, we felt really chilled and rested during our stay. There's plenty to do in the area. Will definitely be happy to go back and re-visit.

The property was extremely clean, warm and comfortable.

Everything you could possibly need had been thought about and provided even down to foil and cling film in the kitchen. Linda was there to meet us with the keys and on hand for any info required about the area. This property is a little gem in a very quiet country area, but so central to all the costal towns and villages. There was nothing at all to dislike about the property.
