Wonderful place

Stay in Grandby for Bumpapalooza

Had a nice stay here. House was very comfortable and clean. Convenient location to dining and groceries, not too bad of a drive to Winter Park. Enjoyed the view from the hot tub too!

The bumps in Winter Park are legendary. Nice to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Wonderful Visit

Had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed this home. The little extras, like spices to use, brochures for local restaurants and activities, were greatly appreciated. Loved being so close to Granby and the Grand Lake entrance to RMNP.

Colorado Family Time

We spent a beautiful holiday weekend at Granby Ranch for my daughter’s wedding. Keith and Andrea have a lovely home, and we truly felt very welcomed and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the views spectacular. We hope to return again someday.

Great House!!!

We stayed in this house for four nights last week and absolutely loved it!!! We were travelling with another family so we had four adults and four kids 6 and under, and everyone was very comfortable in the house. Plenty of space and great layout. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We are already thinking of booking this same house for next year we loved it so much!

Amazing Grandy Home

We had an amazing time for New Years! The house was perfect for our group and very clean. It has everything you would need for a relaxing mountain getaway! The hot tub was an awesome bonus! We can’t wait to come again in the summer for lake season! Thank you for everything!

Mountain Fun

What a great mountain getaway! The house was perfect for our two families. Kids had their own space to hangout in the bunk room and the hot tub was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The welcome hats and patches were a thoughtful touch from the owners.

Amazing hot tub and great views!

This house was even nicer than I expected. The hot tub was truly impressive - there are four different types of jet massage settings and it was incredibly clean. The view from the hot tub (and the house) is lovely and the house is very open and light. The kitchen was very well stocked and it was easy to prepare food. I can't wait to come back!!

Perfect cabin

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at this cabin. It’s perfect for families, with plenty of room to spread out. Great floor plan with a big mud room to get the ski clothes off. We enjoyed the hot tub each day. We cooked in the spacious kitchen a couple of times. We had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend! Great location and comfortable beds. So glad we found this place.

Nothing but the BEST!

Loved this place! The property is better in person and the photos are what sold it to us! You wake up to beautiful mountains right outside. The town of Granby is great too with so much to do! We hiked, visited a waterfall, rented a boat on Granby Lake and visited near by towns. Keith and Andrea were so responsive it was great! Thank you for letting my family stay at your house!

Peaceful, enjoyable retreat!

We truly enjoyed our getaway in your home. The information provided helped us check out the area and manage our stay in the house. Beds were super comfy, we had everything we needed to prepare meals, and were quite cozy as we unwound at the end of each day. There were just 2 of us but you have the home set up to easily accommodate a family or group of friends. Thank you!

This property was AWESOME! We had 6 adults, 2 children, 2 infants and all fit without feeling overcrowded! Kieth was amazing! While we were there, we experienced a Heat Wave and Kieth had fans delivered to the house for us. We really enjoyed the spa after a long day of hiking in RMNP and the fire pit for s'mores. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

Yet another great ski trip & stay at Evergeen Ranch!

This our2nd time staying at Keith & Andrea's place near the base of Ski Granby Ranch. The location can't be beat, and it's wonderful to make a short drive back to the hide at lunch or at the end of a day of skiing. The kitchen is well-stocked so we could make meals. The hot tub worked well (Keith, you might want to leave detailed instructions for those who are new to run one) and we fit both cars in the spacious garage. Storing skis in the garage & boots in the laundry room is a lifesaver with a bigger group. We will be back again next year!

Nice, close to Grandby skiing

We had a great time visiting Grandby. The house has all the amenities you would need and Keith was very responsive when we had issues with the hot tub not heating up. The back bedroom, which had bunk beds for kids was really cold. . . a space heater in there would be nice. Otherwise, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the house and the fun activities the area has to offer! It is perfect for families and beginner skiers. We will come back.

Thank you for the feedback. We have noticed in the home that our renters close some of the vents in the bedrooms. In the bunk room this may have been the case. We do supply extra blankets and will keep in mind the addition of a space heater. We are happy that you had a great stay and enjoyed the skiing.

Excellent stay at the "Evergreen Ranch" !

This was a great property and worked well for our group. We really enjoyed it. The owners did a good job of communicating with me and checking us to see if we needed anything. I'd recommend the "bunk room" should have a dresser and/or a bedside table! There was nothing in this room but the bunk! (not even a closet!) A small issue and probably not a problem if kids are staying in that room. We had 7 adults though!

Summer two family vacation

Great, easy location. Close to grocery store and liquor store. GPS took us to the wrong street but the owner had communicated that in arrival instructions. We missed the games and toys that were listed in the description because of Covid-19 but we took our own and still had a great time. Having the use of a couple of kids and adult bikes was awesome! Chairs for the lake were very helpful and appreciated. Hot tub was the best part! We enjoyed that several times every day.

Great location, even better accomodations

Keith & Andrea have designed a haven in their Evergeen Ranch home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the generous amount of towels, they truly have their guests' comfort in mind. We had zero issues (other than frozen items in the garage fridge after a -15 night) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I find it hard to pick at any issue we had...maybe the bunk bed needs to be tightened. The hot tub was hot (even in below zero temps), the appliances worked well, and the spaces allowed for our teens, our younger kids, and we adults to spread out. We can't thank you enough for the great experience and we will most definitely be back!!

Incredible views and many opportunities for Colorado fun!

We felt at home immediately upon arrival. The drive-up impression with the mountain view and loads of quacking Aspens provided us with a great welcome! The owners, Keith and Andrea, were very accessible with answers to questions and suggestions for fun. In addition to the usual amenities, they provided bicycles (adult and children sizes) and fishing poles, with directions to a kid's pond that is stocked with fish. Each evening, we enjoyed gathering outside around the chimenea, soaking up the mountain view. We even roasted marshmallows 2 nights. The kitchen is well appointed, even supplying skewers for roasting. I especially enjoyed the Keurig, complete with a carousel of coffee and tea pod selections. The hot tub was a big hit for everyone with our tired hiking muscles, and the view from the tub can't be beat! Robes were provided in each bedroom. Our son enjoyed staying in the bunk room; even enjoyed his own movie one rainy afternoon. My favorite part about the entire house was the view framed by each of the the 4 windows in the master bedroom. Every time I walked in the room, I was moved by Aspens quaking outside each window, with the mountains providing the perfect backdrop. This large house is about 30 minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park and any of the 3 lakes: Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grand Lake. We actually saw a bull moose on the drive near Grand Lake! The only recommendation I have is to add more light over the dining room table. This house and the quiet surroundings, along with so many opportunities for outdoor Colorado fun, was the perfect vacation spot for us!

Awesome place and hosts!

We had a blast at Evergreen Ranch! Keith and Andrea were ideal hosts. We had a few questions after we arrived which were quickly answered with a few texts. They did a great job of creating a warm and inviting environment and my family felt right at home during our COLD, week-long stay. A lit Christmas Tree and a welcome pack (with some goodies) greeted us and introduced us to the house and surrounding area. The house was beautifully decorated, stocked with all the needed essentials, and had a ton of conveniences and amenities. The heated garage was awesome, the gas fireplace was perfect and cozy, the game closet was a treat, the sleds in the garage were a pleasant surprise, and the hot tub (which was used several times) was a nice 102 degrees and soooo relaxing… even in the snow and single digit temperatures! We were lucky enough to have great weather for most of our stay which highlighted the great views of the mountains through the windows. We even saw several mule deer in the neighborhood throughout our stay, and they would come and bed down behind the house at night… so cool. I would recommend to anyone staying here in the winter months to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the driveway is quite steep. They do provide a service that plows the road and driveways after snow showers, but the compacted snow and ice proved to be too much for our 2WD Suburban at times. A couple of trips to Ace Hardware for some ice melt and a little time spent shoveling snow and breaking up the ice proved to do the trick to get our vehicle to the spacious heated garage every night, though. I would absolutely recommend Evergreen Ranch to anyone wanting to stay in the Fraser Valley. It is close to everything for all the adventure seekers (Ski Granby Ranch is literally right around the corner, and Winter Park and Grand Lake are short drives away) but isolated enough to unplug and relax if one so chooses. Great job Keith and Andrea. A+

Perfect family getaway

We stayed with our two children ages 6 and 11. We all had a great time. The kids enjoyed riding bikes, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood is so quiet. It was the peaceful getaway that we needed.

Great Location!

This was a beautiful property and perfectly located! The lift was just over the hill and the town was just down the street! We had everything we needed and more. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again!
