Welcome to your Colorado mountain getaway! Relax, unwind and make yourself at home in this beautiful townhome, built in 2017 and surrounded by gorgeous views of the Continental Divide, Parry Peak and James Peak.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, ski weekend, summer adventure or simply looking for a peaceful mountain escape, our home has everything you need to settle in, spread out and enjoy Grand County.

And when our schedule allows, we're always happy to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts!

Plenty of Room to Relax: The main living area offers comfortable seating for everyone and a cozy gas fireplace that's perfect after a chilly day in the mountains. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking at home easy, and the large dining table is perfect for family dinners, morning coffee and game nights.

Our newly finished basement gives everyone even more room to spread out and includes:

Large L-shaped sectional
TV
Air hockey
Shuffleboard
Full bathroom with two shower heads
Queen-over-queen bunk beds

It's the perfect hangout space for kids, teens and adults alike!


Comfortable Sleeping for the Whole Crew

The home features four private bedrooms:

2 bedrooms with king beds
1 bedroom with a queen bed
1 basement bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk beds
Additional comfortable inflatable mattress available

One of the king bedrooms also includes a TV.

Everyone has plenty of space to retreat, recharge and get a great night's sleep after a full day of Colorado adventures.

Traveling With Kids? We've Got You! Because nothing about traveling with little ones is easy, we've tried to make packing a little lighter!

The home is stocked with family-friendly extras including a high chair, kids' plates and utensils, potty-training toilet, pack-and-play with an additional mattress, extra crib mattress that can be placed anywhere in the home, single BOB stroller, baby bouncer, tummy-time mat, bath toys, books, and infant and toddler toys.

Less stuff to pack = a much happier vacation!

Enjoy the Colorado Outdoors

After a day exploring Grand County, come home and relax outside around the portable firepit-just don't forget the s'mores!

A nearby community playground sits next to a local pond where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding.

At the end of the street, you'll find the Fraser-to-Granby Trail, perfect for biking and exploring in warmer months and cross-country skiing or snowshoeing during the winter.

And that's just the beginning!

Enjoy nearby Snow Mountain Ranch, make a tee time at beautiful Pole Creek Golf Club, drive through Rocky Mountain National Park, explore the shops, restaurants and breweries of Winter Park and Fraser, or spend a summer day boating and relaxing at Lake Granby.

You may even spot a moose along the way!

For a special dinner, don't miss Tabernash Tavern within walking distance of the house.

Fantastic Location: The home is located in the Town of Tabernash, giving you a peaceful mountain setting while keeping you close to everything:

Approximately 3 minutes to Fraser • 6 minutes to Winter Park • 10 minutes to the gondola

Parking: The home includes a one-car garage, plus space for two additional vehicles parked back-to-back in front of the garage.

Winter Travel Information: Colorado mountain weather can change quickly, so please arrive prepared during the winter months. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended.

While main roads are generally well maintained, mountain and residential roads can become snowy or icy, and Colorado traction or chain laws may go into effect depending on conditions.

We do not recommend traveling over Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel-drive vehicle during winter conditions unless you are comfortable using chains.

Because weather and road conditions are outside of our control, we are unable to provide weather-related refunds. Please check conditions before traveling and plan accordingly.
