Enjoy an incredible stay in our apartment, ideally located just 200 meters from the beautiful beach in Puerto de Pollença. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with a double bed. It features a full bathroom with a shower. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area for your convenience.

Plus, right in front of the building, you’ll find ample free parking.

The location is unbeatable, surrounded by bars, restaurants, a church, a supermarket, and a pharmacy—all just a stone’s throw away. On Wednesdays, you can enjoy the local market located just 100 meters from the apartment.

Please note that the apartment is part of a quiet residential community. Parties and groups of people under 25 are not permitted. To encourage responsible use and help protect the environment, there is an additional charge of €0.40 per kW of electricity consumed.

In addition, we are required to collect the Balearic Islands Eco-Tax for tourist accommodations, which is €2.20 per person per night. Children under 16 are exempt from this tax. This Ecotasa is a local tax not included in the price and must be paid at the end of the stay, in accordance with Law 2/2016 of March 30, regarding the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote sustainable tourism.
