Our spacious family apartment is attractively furnished and has Wifi and hot/cold air conditioning, making it suitable all year round. The lounge/dining area has a sofa and double sofa bed, 40 inch flat-screenh TV with free to air English channels, film 4 and DVD player. An Indoor dining table and chairs to seat 6. A large picture window leads to a spacious balcony with table and chairs which makes a lovely setting to relax over breakfast or an evening glass of wine with a book.

Both twin-bedrooms have large mirrored wardrobes and plenty of hanging/storage space. With a double sofa-bed in the lounge area, our apartment will sleep up to 6 should you wish however, we feel it is best suited for 2 couples with children rather than 6 adults with it only having one bathroom.

The bathroom has a fully fitted shower, wash basin, toilet and washing machine saving you time and money at the laundrette. With baggage prices rising, you can also take less clothes!

There is a large balcony with new rattan table and chairs which seats 6 but there are spare chairs which can also be used should you wish. From the apartment you can see the sea alongside the executive apartments in-front as it is literally a stones throw away. However I would like to be honest and to call it a sea view would not be right.

As this is our family apartment the modern fitted kitchen includes an integrated electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. The fridge/freezer is family sized and large enough to store food to cook for a few weeks. We also have a microwave steraliser which you are free to use for infants. There is also an iron and ironing board.

A small but well equipped supermarket and hairdressing salon are located very nearby so you need not venture far for all necessities.

This apartment is ideal for couples and families alike and guests return year after year due to its exclusive location yet cost effectiveness. We also welcome cyclists who are sure to enjoy being at the foot of the famous Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which provides a favoured training location of many Professional teams (including Bradley Wiggins, who himself owns an apartment closeby). The quaint town centre with its many high quality yet affordable restaurants is a delightful ten minute stroll along the exclusive Pine Walk. However, for that special occasion, there are also plenty of restaurants to rival the worlds best and even the King of Spain's favourite fish restaurant!
